Background of the Project
The point that this research would like to put forward is about the contributors of
science and technology through its impact on the education system as well. The probability of
the entire activity related to education can be conducted in easier ways than it would have
being conducted in the most traditional processes [1]. Previously the ways by which the
education and learning were only related to the understanding between the student and a
teacher constricted the ways of studying only to the student life. the previous methodologies
by which learning were provided to a student only where confined to a person till the
students’ education life. Otherwise when a person needs to learn more and more throughout
the career path, they would find it difficult as the previous ways of learning would not help
learning and building a career at the same time. Therefore, there has been numerous
researches to find out where learning or education would not only be confined to two students
and can even be transformed into learning skills for employees to develop their skills set.
Therefore, the following project is about the development of Computer Aided Learning or
CAL, that would help in not the students but also the employees in an organisation in various
ways to obtain learning from various fields. the development of the research wood belongs to
the methodologies that would be effective for the technology to be associated with the help of
collecting information.
Deliverables
For the deliverables of this particular research there would be several artefacts
produced as an evidence to the project. This will provide the documents and other discussions
made on this project to produce as a bullet point list [8]. Following would be the artefacts that
would be produced and documents that would be put forward for the following research:

 Research papers that have already we introduced for or understanding the
CAL technology and its impact on the student and employees.
 Survey questionnaires that were produced from the review of the research
papers.
 Evidence of ethical forms that were produced to the participants of the survey
questionnaire before they were asked for their opinion on the questions.
 Hard copies of the answers provided by the participants of the survey
questionnaire.
 Hard copies of the participants and their agreement to the terms and conditions
and ethical forms provided for the survey questionnaire.
 Timestamp provided as a soft copy to understand the required time that has
been taken for the research.
Academic Objectives
The academic objectives of the research provide information about the experience that
is aimed at for gathering throughout the research process. it is evident that a person wants to
learn throughout a project that he or she has put forward and there are objectives that are
required to fulfil. following would be a bulleted list of all the academic objectives that is
being focused at to gain from this particular research:
 To understand what is the difference between the previous forms of learning
and the technologically advanced forms of learning.
 To understand the forms of the initial ways of learning that would probably be
falling short of providing necessary way of improvement on necessary
information to the students.

 To understand how the CAL Technology not only helps in in making the
students understand their learning better, but how it can also improve the
learning abilities of an individual in their career throughout to make sure that
they understand the meaning of self-development throughout their career by
learning and at the same time improving their skills at throughout their career
[2].
 To understand how the marketing of the product developed to improve the
technological learning skills and make sure that people understand its
enhancements and easily adapt to the changed learning procedure to accept it
more.
Research Questions
The research questions are the set of questions that might arise during the entire
project and its conduction. The studies that are done at the beginning to begin with the project
in the first place gives rise to a lot of questions that the researcher wants to achieve through
the research [4]. Answering these questions would provide a proper solution to the problem
that the research is trying to solve. Therefore, following would be the research questions that
are developed for this research paper to understand the solution to the problems as expressed
by the conducted research:
How can be CAL be presented as one of the major learning tools of the latest era?
How can CAL be treated as one of the most feasible ways to identify quick and
effective learning?

developed technologies in the latest times?
How can be the technology be justified to be acceptable to the educational institutes
where traditional learning methods can be replaced by CAL technologies?
Background Research Objectives
The first and foremost idea of developing this project was understanding the
difference through which the education of a student is much different than the education that
is retained within an employee in an organisation. it has been noticed that what students learn
in their education life is not retained to that same student who has been following the career
path through an occupation [5]. Every person needs to understand that developing their own
skills throughout the career life is extremely important for personal growth. the ways by
which the traditional ways of learning in the education world used to be conducted was not
sufficient enough for a person pursuing their career to develop the skills that they already
have with the help of the primitive format of learning. It was also required to have remote
access to all the education that a person requires and for that it was necessary that the
education provided to the person was capable of being accessed remotely.
This is only possible when the person pursuing the study would have technological
knowledge and also the education would be provided to the person through technological
aspects. CAL technology of learning is also regarded as the technological advance form of
learning that would help the students for even the people who are pursuing their career to
have a proper access to technological advanced computerized studies that would not require
them to visit somewhere in spite of their busy schedule and continuing their learning
procedures. However, they would be several test runs done for both the teachers, the students
and other career pursuing people in different organisations to make them understand the

procedure by which the technology works. In this way they would understand themselves
about how the difference between the traditional form of learning and the CAL Technology
makes it easier to understand which one to choose from. This would be one of the most
important marketing strategies to make people use the technology and understand the big
difference that it would have from the traditional format of teaching with all the benefits
provided.
The ease of use, remote accessing, and various other benefits would be made to use
by the people associated with the education business so that they would readily accept the
benefits of the technology [7]. In addition, the reason behind this would be together
information or feedback from the people who are using the technology to understand what
improvements would the people who are using the technology already would be expecting
more from the technology so that further changes can be made to improve it for providing the
best possible services to the customer through the product. the entire research should this be
based on the understanding of the mentalities of users to make sure that the marketing of this
technology is done in the most proper way and understand what the customers would expect
to be enhanced as a system to the students and the teachers and also to the employees who be
requiring to develop the skill levels while pursuing a career at the same time.
Product Objectives
The developed product for the CAL Technology is mostly focused on providing
simulation software for developing an interactive system that would help the students to be
much more attentive to the learnings and also have an effective learning format with the help
of 3D objects linking the interactive system to the real world. the representation of the
technology would be used in the ways by which the developers would try to enhance the
ways by which the procedures are being try to develop a software which would be capable for

running on any computer with minimum number of configurations. The idea behind the
development of the project would not be focusing on high end technology that would require
huge configuration for the students to install into. Rather than this the visualisation would be
such flexible that any student can adjust the visualisation of the technology to their own
likings [6]. The product is only focusing on making a developed Computer aided learning to
assist both the teachers and the students were the better development of introduction and
interaction of knowledge and information with the use of computers as the medium of the
entire interaction. It is required that the technology is focusing on the development of all the
understanding that a normal student has with the teachers. It would be interactive enough for
the students to enjoy all the requirements of their learning abilities as described in the
development of the product.
Resources required and constrains
The resources required for developing this product would be mostly e the data
collected about the technology and the research is conducted about the technology in the
previous times and how the technological advancements of learning procedures are being
perceived by the teachers, the students and the employees in several organisations who have
been looking forward to the development of their skill sets while pursuing their career. the
interactive learning procedure is based upon the feedback of the teachers and students as
well. only after they use the system to find out the difference between the traditional forms of
learning and the procedures that it is trying to be followed by the technological advancements
of Computer aided learning, they would understand the difference to provide the proper
feedback.
The constraints of the project would be the limited time and budget provided for the
research procedure to be conducted. If there was an availability of more time then it would

have been possible that the research would provide much more in-depth information about
the studies conducted and the surveys conducted.
