There are number of leadership qualities that are identified by me in order to
successfully lead a project. I have identified that it is quite important to have excellent

There are number of leadership qualities that are identified by me in order to
successfully lead a project. I have identified that it is quite important to have excellent
communication as well as interpersonal skills in order to achieve the project objectives. It is
found that with the help of communication, the team members can easily collaborate and
work for achieving project success. In addition to this, I have identified that qualities like
positivity, competence, integrity as well as positive attitude towards work must be present
