INTRODUCTION
Computer science technology plays an important factor which helps in effectively
evaluating the cause of the problem. Computer science technology helps in connecting doctors
with patients and it helps in making job of the healthcare practitioners more efficiently and leads
to higher results and outcomes.
This study will highlight, emerging trends in computer science technologies in medical
industry. It will further examine, recent internationalisation and globalisation trends in medical
industry. Furthermore, this research study will evaluate the challenges faced by medical industry
to implement new emerging technologies. It will highlight, novel research areas and case studies
for more critical understanding on the particular subject matter. This study will further evaluate
how these trends are influencing the medical industry. Lastly, this research study will include
critical thinking to effectively demonstrate the personal experience while conducting this

curative, palliative and rehabilitative care which leads to higher results and outcomes. Healthcare
industry or medical industry focus on giving curable treatment to the patients by using effective
technologies for higher results and outcomes. Medical industry is one of the most fast growing
industry in the world. It will focus on developing and integrating various tools and software into
the medical industry which helps in better communication, building strong relationship,
providing health care services with higher efficiency. Large number of healthcare practitioners
like doctors, nurses, healthcare institution and various other public, private and voluntary
institution (Role of Information Technology in Medical Science, 2019).
These healthcare practitioners focus on using new emerging technologies which leads to
higher sustainable growth and development of the medical industry which helps in better
communication and higher recovery of the patients. Medical industry focus on providing various
medical equipments tools and technologies which helps in higher operational efficiency and long
term sustainable growth of the industry. Medical industry focus on providing high quality care to
the patients which leads to higher operational efficacy, performance and productivity of the
medical industry. This research helps in analysing various computer science technology and

CRITICAL REFLECTION OF THE RESEARCH
I have critically examined the fact that, Computer science technology is an effective tool
and techniques which helps in higher operational efficiency , performance and productivity of
the medical industry. I have learnt new emerging technologies like automation tools, internet of
things, artificial intelligence, virtual technology, information communication technology,
automated technology, cloud computing, robotic technology, wearable electronic and addictive
manufacturing 3D printing which can be implemented in the medical industry for delivery of
high quality goods and services to the patients which eventually leads to higher customer
satisfaction and better recovery of the patients.
I was very curious to know about such emerging technologies and how each technology
helps in improving the efficiency of the medical industry. It was very interesting to conduct this
research and it helped me in broadening the knowledge on the particular subject matter. This will
eventually help me in personal and professional development of the skills and knowledge by
effectively filling the gaps on the current subject matter. I have learned the concept of
globalization and internationalization on a medical industry. I have also analysed various factors
and challenges which affect the operational efficiency, performance and productivity of the
medical industry.
