careers in the industry. Computer science is aimed at problem solving using computational
techniques which is essential in the daily life. The field also involves the study of design,
analysis, and development of software and the hardware which are used in solving a variety of
problems in business, social, and scientific contexts.
I chose to undertake Computer Science as my Major since the modern world is rapidly
developing and the use of computers has become rampant in the coming up with new programs
which help in the technological advancement. There has been news today that computers will
lead the way into the future. A computer can now be used all over the world, and they are
associated with every aspect of the daily living. Due to its common use, an absolute necessity for
computer specialists has been on the rise2. With the study of this domain, I will be able to help to
meet the requirements of people who develop the program's software used by different
companies. Additionally, I am passionate about working with computers and coming up with

new computer programs. This will enable me to solve out some life problems by providing
different solutions.
The study of Computer Science field also gives one a lucrative career. The Computer
Science Specialists have been recorded as one of the best-paid professionals depending on the
job positions, location, and education3. With gaining some experience in this field, I will have the
necessary qualifications and capabilities which will enable me to get job opportunities and
negotiate for high wages in this field in the market4. I also chose this domain since the use of
computers have been seen to be useful tools in most aspects such as communication,
transportation, entertainment, and medical revolution. Thus by undertaking the degree in
computer science field, I will have the necessary skills which will enable me to be competent and
be logical in my thinking capabilities and will serve me an advantage in my career field. After
completing my degree, I will then further my studies and attain employment and begin working
in my profession. This will involve me working with companies related to my field and apply
my computer science skills in solving problems and gain more experience by gaining more new
ideas. My utmost objectives include coming up with computer programs which will
