Microsoft applications. Proper skills about using various tools of the Microsoft excel, access,
word and PowerPoint helps in preparing an attractive and efficient report to develop an attractive
Microsoft report. This study will help in making the clear understanding about the use of the MS
Excel in preparing the time management which helps them to calculate the time of their own
study. This report will also help in identifying the accurate study time of the students by using
different formula functions of Microsoft Excel. This research will also help in discovering the
benefits of Microsoft office applications that helps in enhancing the performance. The study will
also help in making clear understanding about Two technological advancement within the
Samsung industry which deals with the large variety of mobile phones. It will also helps in
identifying the limitations of using such Technologies within organisation.

From the above Time management Microsoft excel worksheet it has been clear that
Microsoft applications uses inbuilt formulas to calculate the total time which a students spends to

performing accounting tasks, business analysis, marketing or coding etc. Microsoft functions are
even very user friendly as nowadays every person is familiar with the functions of these
applications. Microsoft office also provides various benefits that allows the business to keep
everything filled in a neat and orderly fashion in order to enhance the speed of the work. Most of
the big companies prefer to use licensed or certified Microsoft access. Advantages of using its
applications are as follows:
MS word
This application is generally useful in creating the word documents and it provides the
industry-standard word processing programs that are commonly used by most of the computer
operators. This application is used to save the documents and this can be sometimes copied to
flash the external memory of the computer (Hunt and Clemens, 2016). It also allows the users to
use different formatting tools to make it even more attractive. It also provides the facilities of
creating the charts and figures according to the needs and requirements of the people. It saves the
time and energy of the people in creating the structure and framework to create the word
documents. Processing the word document also helps the teachers to use the presentation time
more efficiently by letting them modify material instead of creating new ones.
MS Excel
This Microsoft application is used to provide the spreadsheet programs which is mainly
used to create the grids of text, number and formulas which are specifies the calculations. This is
mostly used by all the businesses to keep the records of income and expenditure of the company.
This application can also be used to plan budgets, income etc. this application is also used to
create the chart data and succinctly present the fiscal results of the business.
MS PowerPoint
MS PowerPoint application helps in creating the attractive presentations for the various
different aspects. This helps in increasing the visual impacts and also helps in attracting the
audience towards presentations. Ppt presentations also synthesizes the complexities of the work.
It also increases the spontaneity and interactivity with the audience. This PowerPoint Software

also allows users to create an electronic presentations which can be represented through slides.
PowerPoint users can use text, photos, Illustrations, drawings, tables, graphs and movies to
effectively provide the presentations.
4. Technological advancement within the Samsung Industry
Technological advancement in the software and hardware devices of the Samsung
industry helps in improving the performance of the system (Kurtz and et.al., 2015). Hardware
components can be determined as any physical devices that are used in the machines in order to
improve the particular functionality. Software advancements are collection of codes and
programs which are installed in the hard drive of the computers for example, Computer screen
which used to display the output and the activities can be considered as hardware while the
operating system which controls the functioning of all the applications of the system can be
considered as Software programs (Microsoft office, 2016). 2 hardware and software
technological advancement that helps in enhancing the performance of the Samsung industry can
be described as:
Hardware
These are the physical device which contributes towards the high performance of the
industry and such devices are physically present and connected with the computer system in
order to provide the functioning. The Samsung company have adopted Fitbit and Flexible phones
technology to enhance the business performance.
11 Fitbit: Introduction of this hardware tool helps the Samsung company in
providing a variety of sensor devices that basically monitors the heart rate of the
person and it can also perform the function of Sleep tracker.11 Flexible or folded phones: In order to launch a new product, Samsung company
is planning to launch the flexible phones that can be folded anytime according to
the requirements of the users.
Software
These are the input codes which provides the functionalities of automatic tasks (Vermaat
And et.al., 2016). Samsung have adopted various IT tools that helped the company in keeping all
the data and secured information through the use of internet. Two software technologies adopted
by the company can are elaborated below:

11 IOT: This helps in providing all the things on internet. This software application allows
the business to perform various dynamic activities of the business and this also supports
the data security using cloud computing technology.11 AI: Artificial intelligence helps in providing brain to the machines that ensures the
human functioning automatically. IC chops are fitted into the machines to sensor all the
commands and instructions provided to them (Vermaat And et.al., 2016). This reduces
the human efforts and improved the working efficiency of the business.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that Microsoft office has provided different
kinds of applications that helps creating the documents such as word documents, MS excel, MS
PowerPoint etc. The study has make it clear that using these application can be helpful in
achieving the effective productivity. This report has created MS Excel report which calculates
the Study time of the students. This report has also focussed towards making a clear
understanding about the technological advancement in the Samsung industry. It has provided the
software as well as hardware advancements of the industry in order to improve the performance
of the company. The study has created a clear understanding about the concept of the computer
skills which are generally required by all the businesses at the time of employing any candidate.
