4.1 Reflection
The assignment had covered the analysis of the project management concepts and
visualization for implying the effective and improved processing of the operations. I have done
the project with two other friends of mine and it is a group project. Hence, the group project
would require the use of the effective and constant communication with the team members. Our
issues and problems were resolved by using the improved communication and action plans. We
