Abstract— the computers are most useful electronic
devices using in every sectors in society. This system is
most valuable devices in daily lives. With the help of this
devices, the person can store information through
database processing system and also can conduct
transaction processes. For that, the utilization of computer
system increases day by day which reflects a good impact
in government as well as society. In this report, it follows,
how the computers use in government sectors.

I. Introduction
The computers measure as most important electronic
devices using in daily life applications. However, the
computer devices are useful in every sectors like education
sector, business, organizations, sports, film industry and also
government sectors. After the technological advancements,
the computers are mostly utilized by various government
sectors [5]. In the previous days, the government sectors are
conduct all of the operations manually. For that, there occur
so much errors in most of the operations. As a result, the
public disgust with the working of the government sectors.
The government services degrade its value day by day. For
that, by the incoming latest technology that includes the
computer technology, the operations of each of the
government sector are easier than the previous times. In
addition to this, the persons working in various government
sectors can load all of the information to this computer
system [12]. In addition to this, by discovering internet
technology which integrates computer technology makes the
operations of the government sectors make so much easy
[2]. By using internet facility, the government sectors can
send any important email to the other sectors. They can set
up their meetings by this computer technology.
In this research report, it follows the following of
background of computer technology, how this technology
attach with the government sector, future applications and
also disadvantages of this technology.
II. Discussion
A. Background of topic
In initial days, the people can store the information by
manually by using the papers and pencils. In that case, most
of the times, they have confronted various issues like error
in information. For that, they have to do that same task again
and this process is too much time consuming. Therefore, the
working value of the government sectors degrade day by
day. In this crisis period, the computer technology helps to
the government sectors by providing such important
technology like spreadsheet or word processing as well as
database management systems etc. In health sectors, the
persons are not handling all of the patient related
information manually [3]. For that, there also occurs error.
Apart from that, for banking system, there also happens
error in banking services. The persons require to go to the
nearest branch of the banks for solving the issues. For that, it
seems like without computer technology, each of the
government sectors have faced problems. The utilization of
computer technology, helps to each of the sectors for
conducting their operations stress-free.
B. Changes in society
The computer technology behave as a significant role with
all of its aspects in every sectors including business,
education, medical fields or other government agencies. The
utilization of computers occurs in different purposes
including research, communication, data storage etc. For
research purpose, the computers have their significance in
order to search new topics. In this purpose, the internet has
used as a useful tool for conducting any research because
with the help of internet, the persons can search lots of
things.
According to Owsley, the computers utilize in
communication purpose also. However, the government
sectors use in this communication technology by sending
emails to the other sectors. Moreover, in the field of
educational industry, the teachers can send various reading
materials or online tutorials to the students which enhance
the educational sector. As per the social security act which
delivered in 1985, entails the maintenance of employment
related records of the working persons who are relating with
the government sector and in that case, the computers used
as bookkeeping database. Also, in the field of tax services,
the computers are used to keep lots of record of the millions
of the taxpayers. In addition to this, in case of agriculture or
commerce as well as resources, this computer technology
utilize to keep the records of all the customers. Not only the
government sector is used to store all information within the
computers but also it store with proper security in the
computer technology.
As stated by Al-Hujran et al, this computer
technology considers as greatest benefit as provide the
services faster than previous one. This technology helps in
the information processing system as well as transaction
processing system and also in the hospital industry to store
lots of patients’ related data. It relates the major kinds of
benefits of this technology with the storing of important

information or paying persons through internet services, also
can manage all of the operations through this computer
technology. In case of space programs, the scientists can
developed the space for orbital flights through this computer
technology. They can investigate the magnetic field of Earth
and also develop the communication satellites.
C. Reflections of this topic
The computer technology has a great impact on the society
as well as government sectors. Most of the cases, it has seen
that the computer technology has created a good impact in
the government sector. However, this technology facilitates
the business process or other actions. It helps to easy the
operational processes and for that it takes less time [9].
Moreover, the storing of the information is one of the
important action of this computer technology. With the help
of computer technology, it is too much easy to handle all of
the information. In addition to this, the computer technology
helps to provide the errorless results for conducting research
or other fields like engineering and others. It is also
beneficial for the communication system because integrating
the internet with the computers technology, helps to
communicate through messages or emails as well as internet
telephone system. The accessing of the computer system
helps to automate the official or business process.
On other hand, this computer technology also has a
bad impact in the society. However, though this computer
system is too much expensive system, for that, sometimes
the government sectors do not afford this computer system
[6]. One of the disadvantage of this technology is data loss.
The hackers easily hack all of the sensitive data if there do
not exist any security. However, in every government
sectors, the working persons store lots of information in the
computer system. For that, if most of the information can be
hacked by the hackers, then the sectors have confronted too
much issues. It introduces the miscommunication between
the government sectors and the public. To remove this kind
of issue, the data security must implement in the computer
system. Also, the computer system requires to update the
system to test all the processing successfully.
D. Future of topic
If it has increased the utilization of the computer system day
by day, therefore it has reflected a great impact on the
government sectors as well as the society. Here mention
some future applications of the computer system are:
 It occurs the paperless government because all of
the operation processing of the government sector
uses the computer technology.
 In future, it has assumed that the government
managers will able to work at home with the help
of computer devices [11].
 It will able to provide the proper information or
service to the public within few minutes.
 The advancement of the computer technology helps
to the scientists for developing the replacement
portion for human bodies.
 Moreover, the computers will help to do the
electronic mail for the government agencies to send
it for the public or another governmental services.
E. Issues in topic
Because of excessive amount of utilization of computer
technology, there belongs some issues that are faced by the
government sectors and the issues are as follows:
 It requires to use the safeguards arriving from the
dependency on the computer system.
 During the time of data losing, it induces the
conflict between the public and government sector.
 It requires to better protection over the computer
resources because the catastrophic losses due to the
installations of government computers like human
live losses as well as losses of records all of them
happened on account of inadequate protection [8].
Low security practices create the installations that
are occurred by fires, floods, thefts as well as
frauds etc.
 It needs to implement the barriers for stopping the
free flow of the information stored in the computer
system. However, it should implement some
privacy act to implement the barriers over the
information, otherwise it may happen that the third
party can see all of the sensitive data.
III Conclusion
From the discussion part, it shows that the computer
technology is most significant electronic devices which use
in government sector as well as human daily lies. With the
help of this technology, the government can store most
sensitive information related to various customers or
employees. This computer technology helps to do all of the
operational activities within less amount of timing. To
protect the stored information in computers, it must
implement the security processing and also it should update
the computer system for better performance. In this way, the
computer is a beneficial devices for all of the government
sectors.
