fundamentals of this office are productivity software like spreadsheet software, Word Processing
software and Presentation software. There is also very vital role of usage of latest hardware tools
and technology. At the same time, this report is also evaluating the technological advancements
that can be increases the business firms for improving their productivity.

The fact and findings from above data table revels that the company has faced a total cost of
2000, when it excludes value added tax. If value added tax is added do it, the total cost becomes
2350. The rate of VAT is 17.5% per person total cost. The company can present its data in a very
simple and understandable form by using the management views. This method can help the
management to present the data in simpler form but this method fails in computing further
calculations, because it will involve too much time in computing of that calculation. After this,
cost factor cannot be evaluated using this method, which make this in effecting for company.

3. Office productivity software:
Tables are very import tool to present any kind of information in easy and understandable
manner, especially for those who don’t have knowledge about the information presented. There
are various facilities that are present in the office productivity software it helps to arrange large
amount of data in such a manner that it becomes presentable information. It is having added
features which help to show data in a modified form so that focus of the reader can be attracted
(Kitchin and Dodge, 2011). There are basically three types of such software are used by
management consultancies: Word processing software, Presentation software and Spreadsheet
software.
Word processing software:
It is software where various reports are prepared with the help of the requirements about the
needed of the customer. One of the features of this software is table; it is having options to
modify column width and row height so that the information can be easily entered in the table.
Customization of the table provides convenience to the users to show the data in a presentable
manner. In case table is having large amount of data than this software provides facility of
shading and changing back ground colour of the cell which helps to highlight the data that is
important for the reader. This facility is also used to show the effect of the data; as red colour for
risk, yellow colour for neutral and green colour for beneficial (Uhlig, et al., 2014). It is also
having facility of molding borders which are used to customize the important data to segregate
from the other information. It also helps the employees to understand needs of the clients when
they send large amount of data with highlighting the specific requirements. On the other side
employees can send the required information to the client in bold border to show it in a better

Spreadsheet software features:
It is the software which is used for data presentation and interpretation. It is having several
features relating to the mathematical and statistical calculations that enable employees to easily
find out the required results of the financial or research data by just selecting the data and putting
it into the formulas (Damanpour and Aravind, 2012). It is having facility of drawing various
charts and graphs by selecting the data that is to be presented in the form of charts/graphs.
Work book is file contains several worksheets; work sheet is a set of rows and column where
large amount of data can be entered. Rows are the horizontal presentation of cells and column is
vertical presentation of the cells (Lewis, and McConchie, 2012). A cell reference is identified by
just clicking on a particular cell and its address is shown in the box present just above the left
corner of the spreadsheet.
There are several benefits of formatting, copying, editing and moving/deleting the contents of

the terms of hardware and software, which can be helpful for the organization for increasing the
business productivity. The system of payroll has proper files of the company’s employees, record
of employee’s wages, withheld taxes, salary and bonus (Wempen, 2014). For selecting the
applicable payroll system the management can take good assessments regarding the workers as
well as can reduce the unwanted overhead towards develop the company’s productivity. Healey
Ltd has the powers to remove mistakes in the payroll process through the advancement in the
payroll system software. It also reduces unnecessary efforts, which are taking place in the
calculation of wages of an employee, tax withholdings of the employee, and hours he/she worked
(Bieg and Toland, 2016). For small business, the payroll software packages are easy to employ
or are affordable. The owner of small business can adopt the affordable payroll system software
