This paper conducts a survey on bookstore. The chief focus of this survey is to
understand business performance of this store (Premalatha et al., 2018). The selected
bookstore is situated on the Doon campus of Conestoga College. The chosen store sells
textbooks to students of this college. To understand this business performance of this
bookstore, the paper chiefly focuses on consumer review.
Analysis:
Primary Research:
To understand the performance of this bookstore of Conestoga College, the paper has
conducted 71 surveys for receiving primary data. To take interview from people, the paper
has set a questionnaires containing with 10 questions (Xie et al., 2016). The researcher has
taken interview from the students of Doon campus of Conestoga College. Each of
interviewees purchases books from this bookstore. The survey focuses on the probability and
frequency of book purchase of these interviewees from this selected store. Moreover, the
survey also focuses on the quality of customer service provided by this book store.
