Recommended Organisation
The best choice for the Conestoga College charity would be SHOW. The analysis below
shows the reason for choosing the organisation over others.
Analysis for the Selected Charity Organisation
The SHOW is working with the people who are directly affected by the pandemic at
many levels. The Covid-19 effect has made many people lose their jobs and also the living
places. Therefore, the work of SHOW is remarkable as they not only provides the support for
home at the same time, they have their healthcare groups, food canteens, harm reduction
support, income support and recreational opportunities. The fund of the $7,500, raised for the
cause for the cause of Covid-19 relief can be utilised in various ways through this
organisation. other than that, as the organisation is new, yet has already managed to build two
buildings for the homeless people, one can say that the staffs and the volunteers of the

organisation are serious about their motives. The funds of the SHOW are well managed and
distributed in their operations. Therefore, the donation money would be in the right place if
the Conestoga College chose the SHOW for their donation purpose among the other two
charities.
Impact of Donation on Community
The donation would be utilised for the people who are not being able to have access to the
safe and secure place of living. The charity organisation SHOW can invest this money in
their community development. They would be able to arrange some temporary shades for the
living of the people who do not have the opportunity to get a house till now. Other than that,
the donation money would be beneficial for the health and food support of the community
people. Through the charity organisation, the fund donated by the college can help the needy
people. As this pandemic has affected the economy of the country immensely, the donations
would definitely help the community people to get a better support system at once. Unlike the
other two organisations, the SHOW did not concentrate only on one aspects like food. It is a
charity firm that works for the overall support and protection of the rights of healthy living in
their region.
Benefits of Donation on Conestoga Students
The students of Conestoga would be motivated for the moral aspects of their society.
Donations always create a great humanitarian impact for the mind. The students of the
college would feel proud for their institution and would be encouraged to help the needy at
their own level. This is a positive educational impact on the mind-set of the students which
will help them to realise the importance of humanity and charity.

6
REPORT ON DONATION
The donation would definitely cast a positive impact on the college image. This can be
included as the part of the corporate social responsibility of the college. The humanitarian
and social responsibility of an organisation cannot be denied. Mostly for an educational
institute which is considered to be the role model for many students and their communities.
The donation by the college would help the effected people in the covid-19 pandemic and
would spread a positive message for the rest of the world. There is no doubt in the fact that,
people would appreciate the initiative by the college and this might be helpful in attracting
the attention of new students.
Conclusion
The initiative by the Conestoga College can be proved to be the inspiration for the students
and many other people in the local community and in the academic sections. But, mere
raising the fund is not the solution, the institution has to make sure that the fund is utilised in
its best way possible. Hence, this report has analysed the information gathered from three
reputed charity firms of the locality. The analysis has helped to select SHOW as the apt
organisation whom the college can hand over the donation. The organisation has the
capability to invest the money in the overall development of the community during the
Covid-19 crisis. This donation would also cast a positive impact on college image and would
motivate the students to contribute their share in humanitarian causes. Therefore, it is
recommended to Conestoga College to donate their charity fund to SHOW.
The above is the report of the usage of charity fund for the college. The scopes of discussion
would be better if we could get an appointment from your side. In this meeting we will give
your institution more detailed analysis and findings of our research on the charities.
Therefore, we would request you to go through the report presented and give us an
appointment with you by the following Tuesday.
