Interviews
The interviews have been taken with the persons like Dave Black, Matt Hoan and Hector
Mead. The issues have been identified in this context and the relevant way outs are being called
for indeed. The certain information has been attained from our main Oxblood publishers. Some
of the important things have been addressed here like the new copies of the books for the 3rd
edition, the books of the 4th edition. It has been noted that the school will follow the book of
the 3rd edition for this semester. It has also been noticed that the online books are not available
by the publishers. Only hard copies are there but they are not available in the market as well. It
is suggested that the ordering and crediting of the books will take around two weeks. This is
why the process has been delayed. It is very important that the books should be available
before the beginning of the next semester.

The issues in the context
Some issues have been recognized in this context. These issues are very relevant from
the perspective of the students. Some books are not at all available. The list of these books is as
follows:-
 Crediting of the returned books before the beginning of the semesters
 Unavailability of the 3rd edition textbooks
 Both the 3rd and 4th edition books cannot be used at the same time
 The unsold books will be needed to be charged. The charge will be taken from the
Communication department
 The time that has been allotted to the department for returning books by the Oxblood
relations is very less
 As the 4th edition of the books is being printed, the 3rd edition of books is not available.
Suggestions/ Recommendations
All the books of the 3rd edition can be replaced with the 4th edition ones. The course
schedule of the students can be changed in this context as well. The next edition will be
published after at least two more years. This will lead to the return of the unsold books to the
Oxblood Publishers. It is also suggested that the online text books should be available for this as
well. If the students are not able to purchase the hard copies, they will at least be able to read
them through the online section.
After making a thorough analysis of all the probable solutions, the feedback is greatly
expected as well.
