Weakness can be converted to strengths by providing equal employment opportunities for
everyone by the college (Knight, 2015). Flexibility in working hours with incentives and to
implement effective communication in the industry between top and down level management.
Threats can be converted to opportunities by expanding the liberation of Canadian education
services overseas, building and ensuring better partnerships between Canadian and global
learning institutions and strengthening the commitment with rising and key markets.
