come up of new trend in market. In the previous years, red tape works as an effective
technique that is used for managing stress for organisation. There are different example are
present in market which concern about safety of individuals and leads event industry to
manage work with undertaking safety measure issue in organisation for securing better
position in such a competitive market. The first case relates with UK multi stage festival that
is raised due to loophole in safety of security operations and it is happened because of
shortage of staff. The major drawback for this aspects relates demonstrate at various place
there is a shortfall of security. It results in increase of crime during the event. Due to the lack
of trust between organiser, police and security and crowd management and it is used in
managing registration through which participants face challenge because at last time
individuals not participate in event. Example- In local football event of UK the clubs which
register themselves after due date are not accepted. This demonstrates importance of
registration to hold event in safe venue with help of registration.
Another case study relates with organising a global recognised PLC that display their
fashion clothes in courthouse among media and distinguish guest. This is celebrated in the
month of September and the show is run by management for more than one week. The
location which is decided to manage the event consists of five different floors. So in this
event organiser face the major issue of risk to related with safety of clothes and also for
