Banqueting, events and conferencing are the most important parts of the hospitality sector.
This particular industry is able to generate high amount of revenues during all seasons.
Conference states to as formal meetings of groups of people who are going to share similar kind
of interests. On the other hand, banqueting as well as events is referred to occasions that are

serviceability by using attractive layouts. For the Deloitte company who wants to organise their
company’s induction program at the Grand hall from the Grand Connaught Rooms, they must
need to ensure all the ergonomic and consideration for the successful evaluation of their event.

Owner of the grand Connaught room must need to ensure all the safety measures so that there
will n chance of any risks.
Ergonomic consideration:
For the successful evaluation of any program required all the factors in good place.
Program can be considered as a successful if there is no problem or issues in terms of anything.
As Ergonomic factors are those which must need to be in right in place so that there will be no
problem at work place. The program of the Deloitte Company is high level program in their
meeting all the guest members are invited. A good service always brings a positive on minds of
the clients. Therefore it is the big responsibility for the Connaught room employees to deliver the
good services so that it will increase their brand value. If there is any failure in operation in that
case host company also need to prepare a strategy to deal with any kind of risk otherwise there
event consider as a fail event. For the successful event there should be good food services,
employees of the Connaught room also need to ensure that they provide better medical facilities
as if any issue occur then immediate medical service can be given to the victim (Ujma-Wasowicz
and Fross, 2017). There must be maintenance of the good hygiene, before booking the hall
Deloitte Company also need to ensure all the factors as there should be availability of all the
resources which can make the event successful otherwise it will be failure for them in terms of
their time, money. Connaught room employees must need to involve the ergonomic factor in
their strategy so that they serve better services to their clients. It also involve as proper sitting
arrangement, high volume floor, there should be proper lightning system. Before beginning of
the event employees must need to ensure all the services are working properly as use of
technological equipment can be beneficial but sometime its handling become complex therefore
it is important to check all the devices early.
Aesthetic consideration:
Aesthetic considerations are very important it leaves the impression on person’s mind. Therefore
for the event it is important to use attractive items so that client will like the entre idea it is
beneficial for good business. As for the Deloitte Company they are required to give the entire list
about their event so that Connaught room can organise the work place accordingly (Wang,
2021). The things which needed to be include for aesthetic considerations are-

Select the linens deliberately:
It is the main attraction as for the good factor there must be use of different colour or patterned
linens so that it look attractive. Deloitte Company can proceed to ask to the organiser company
to use such designing on the lining which can show their company’s brand. The company has a
keen focus over using combination of dark and light theme linens. It has been found various
studies, that the customers likes the combination of the light and dark. And the company is
putting effectively focus on this.
To use the attractive floral choice for the decorations:
Flowers can be use for good fragrance or to make the environment colourful it is not important
but the presence of good and pleasant flowers can be an attractive point of the meeting. Using
flowers for the decoration ensures the ethics by the company. As it shows that the organization
believes in using the nature's element for establishing the successful event. The fragrance of the
