more and more profits in the hospitality industries. Apart from it, this type of management is also
important for the travel and tourism sectors. To understand detail about the concept and role of
conference and banquette management “Bulgarii Hotel” is selected. It is a located in the London
and have rating of five star among various hotel of UK. This project report contains detailed
information about the scope and role of conference and banquette management as well as factors
which impact to this.
