Event management is concerned with process which are conceived, planning, created and
assessed. In the current era, the scope of the event management has increased which is enabling
the economy to gain higher level of competitiveness. The current report is based Marriott
organization which is developing, owning and managing franchises approximately various
hotels. The main aim of the current report is to explain the different types of event experienced
in educational & practices. Identifying professional etiquette required to be successful in the
event management industry. The current report will highlight key strategic & operational issues
within conference, banqueting and event industry. It will present understanding about 3-4 food
production
systems and food & beverage service methods.

educational & practice knowledge
There are number of the events that has been experienced by me in my educational & practice
knowledge that has given depth insights about this specific industry. I have come to know that
there are distinct form of events that are considered to be taken into consideration. According to
the experience it can be articulated that even is one of the significant process which helps in
developing, analyzing and managing operational practices in the effective manner. The types of
event which are experienced comprises a speaker session, conference, seminars, workshops &
classes, VIP, sponsorship, team building, trade shows, business dinners, sports, product launch,
trade fairs recruiting events, family events, etc (Farahian and Parhamnia, 2021).
I have evaluated that there are number of benefits which can be obtained through
applying different kinds of course of actions in order to have significant outcome that can be
used in future career. The conference is one of the professional meeting in which several

knowledge that has given depth insights about this specific industry. I have come to know that

event which are experienced comprises a speaker session, conference, seminars, workshops &

event is the common that is requires paying attention on having much focus on time and budget

taken into practice that has been evaluated comprises not paying much focus on individual
speaker and paying attention on all participants equally.
The other event include which is one of that large that has been experienced and given me
immense knowledge is sponsorship. The event that is sponsorship involves collecting larger
information which can be useful in interacting the purpose of the present event (Venter, Herbst,
and Iwu, 2019). It is focusing on coordinating with the budgets given by sponsors so that proper
relationship and good image of institute can be maintained. Workshops and master classes &
networking event sessions are such kids of event which allow to get the depth information
related with organizing & managing activities to successfully operate in event industry. On the
basis of this it can be said that there are higher requirements of the skills which contribute in
successfully participating in the event sector but resized few lacking areas like lack of financial,
technical knowledge, etc need to gain (Lee and Yuan,2021). Theses all mentioned events play
significant role in enhancing experience in properly understanding information which is crucial
to develop & implement effective event practices.
