INTRODUCTION
Exhibition and conference management can be defined as application of project
management to the creation as well as development of corporate events (Voorhies, 2017). It is
based on London, UK destination for international fashion exhibition. It will discuss some

screen for displaying their products and fashionable clothes. For better identifying and analysing,
there is requirement of an effective planning. An effective plan can provide the right direction
and sequence of steps that businesses can follow for better and successful exhibition. An
effective plan consists of all resources that can help in making exhibition successful and can help
