conference is the meeting which provide the engagement, collaboration between the
people. It helps to develop the ideas for the business. As well as international conference meeting

Negative impacts appears as the client does not agree on meeting, as well as the poor services by
the host company can affect the meeting. What if the idea delivered by the host company offend
the client company in such condition the outcome can be seen as worst.

Event name: The Liverpool wedding show takes place at the 25th and 26th September 2021.
Event venue: The venue for the event was selected as Exhibition centre Liverpool, the services
offered by the employees are extreme. Around 6,000 people join the venue for which they have
bought the tickets to visit the venue. Total 150 numbers of inhibitors were present in the event.
The relevant industries which are related to the event were wedding industries, textile industries,
consumer good organizations, and fashion industries. The ticket charge was decided by the event
organiser which is £25 per person for the VIP ticket and £14 for the standard ticket. Children’s
under 14 year were free of charge.
It is the prestigious show which is at its 7th year, it involves the participation of 150 local or
international exhibitors. In the event every exhibitor are taking the active part to provide help to

already set so that there will be no problem occur during the event. This event involves all the
special shows also give the discount for the couples who are attending this event. For the bride
and grooms there are unique services which involves the vast range of products, stationary,
transport, jewellery etc. this Liverpool wedding show is full of package as it offers the full day
experience for the shopping or other fashion shows which can worth the money of the visitors.

wrong thing happen. Therefore for the successful evaluation of the show all services were there
to ensure the safety of the guest.

As for the event the success ratio are depended on the services therefore the host need to
ensure that the services are offering should be good in every aspect thus it can be called as
successful event. Event world require the daily innovation because its main is to grab the
attention of the people. To improve the future trends in events host company can take such
actions as-

Due to the technological impact people are generally prefer the services which are good in
technical terms. For the event venues service provider can involve the LED lights, scoop lights
which can be controlled remotely, or to involve the sensors which automatically turn on turn off
the lights. It can be attraction point of the event. Also, involves the robots for the delivery
services which can lure the customer towards it.
Security:
Security is the major aspect in future events host company can proceed to use the bots, digital
cameras, or sensors which ensures the security of the people who are present at the event. Event
company also proceed to use the IOT technological devices such as fire alarms if somehow any
situation occur fire alarm informs the hosts so that immediate action can be made.
