Here in this report, we will be discussing about the management system of the
company named Asia Pacific Tourism Association– APTA Which is a travel and
tourism company. We will discuss about the benefits, background. This document
also consists of database design and application design schema.

Name of the organization- Asia Pacific Tourism Association– APTA
Role of the organization- In the field of Travel and tourism and hospitality APTA
organizes a series of conferences focusing on research topics.
Functional Requirements-
In the above project the main functional requirement consists of two things which
are-
Organizers- These are those who organize the event or who will create event.
The things required for organizers management are
-Organizer ID
-Organizer Name
-Phone
-Email
-Other Detail.
Attendee-These are the people who will attend the seminar.
The things required for organizers management are
-Attendee ID
-First Name
-Last Name
-Phone
-Email
-Event ID
Events-Events are the occasions which are created by organizers and attended by
the attendee where attendees use to share their innovative ideas related to their
work.
The things required for organizers management are

-Other Details

-APTA provides a unique platform for researchers in the area of Asia Pacific.
-APTA is an internationally acclaimed association in the field of tourism and
hospitality.
-Organizers will organize and schedule the meetings with specific timings and the
attendees will join the events.
-The conference in APTA is held annually.
-The quality and research papers of APTA is published and distributed all over the
globe.
-Whoever is interested can participate and exchange their research ideas. National
and regional representatives take the role of board members in APTA.

This is the screenshot of the home page which will include the details of the person
who developed the application
It will include the Student full name, student id, Location, Due date week
The name of the college and university will be at the bottom of the page.

Home page of the website contains icons namely Home, Organizer, Event,
Attendee and Contact.
There occurs list of organizers with a create new button
User can click on create new button to create a new organizer which will be
reflected in the columns after the creation.
There is a separate column for organizer name, phone, email, other details and
action.
User can also Edit, details and Delete the details saved.

Click on the Create new button which is shown in screenshot 1, a new page will
open with heading create organizer
It will include columns namely
Organizer name, phone, email, other details which needs to be filled by the
organizer after filling these details click on create.

When user click on Event button located on the top the list of events will open.
There is also a “create New” button if organizer wants to create a new list.
The column includes Organizer name , Event Name, Event Details, location, Other
details, Event Start Date, Event End Date and action
Action will include three options which are Edit, details and delete.

In this screenshot user can click on “Attendee” button from home page and the
new page will open which will include list of attendee
There will also occur create new button.One clicking create new button attendee
can add new attendees details.
The option of Edit, Details and Delete will also occur. Attendee can edit , details
and delete the changes as per need.

When user click on the contact button on the Home page the new page will open
which will include the details of the person who is going to submit the project.
The contact details of the student will include the Name, Mobile number, email
and address.
