employees is the most complex and also the most important challenge existing within the
business information systems. It is highly essential for any and every business house to provide a
full term protection to the important details and the personal details of all its employees. It is also
a known fact that after being recruited in any business, all the general details and personal details
of the clients are registered. The clients have vested all their faith within the company while
sharing g their personal details. Hence, it is the responsibility of the company to see that there is
never any leakage of t he personal details. The company must know how to maintain its roles and
responsibilities. It must always have a feeling of com passion and care towards all its employees.
At first the company must identify and select all those information that it considers to be
confidential. It is only after this, that the company will be able to implement the necessary steps
or the preventive measures in order to keep that information private. It can also implement
several distribution policies in order to protect the following confidential in formations like the
customer information, executive communications, and intellectual property and employee
records. This issue of client privacy must be taken as a collective responsibility both by the
individuals and by the community as a whole. it is for this reason that the Government also
imposes many rule and laws and makes the company abide by it so as to ensure that there is no
com promises done with the protection of the client personal details.
