because of the differences in opinions and attitudes. Moreover, employees do not eel happy for
accepting changes because they believe that it will change their way of working and will cause
more stressful environment. Furthermore, implementing small scale changes is much better as it
will make people understand why change is necessary for the betterment of the organization and
for achieving certain goals on time. Also, in context of the Semco it can be said that for ensuring
more transparent and the liberal working it should use the force field analysis tool that helps in
analysing the root cause and allow taking the desired action once the problem has been identified
(Szydło and Grześ-Bukłaho, 2020). Moreover, this analysis will help the firm to create action
plan once the restraining and driving forces had been analysed properly. Hence, through its right
application Semco would be able to ensure enough morale and motivation of the employees so
that the changes might be implemented in best of manner without having any problem and
resistance level. Moreover, having the best organizational culture and participative leadership the
mangers of Semco would benefit in form of having highly motivated workforce that is ready to
overcome certain challenges in future in positive manner. However, the consequences of
providing more liberty and participative leadership strategy is that decision-making would be
slower and independent decision taken by the employees might go wrong sometimes.

and et.al., 2020).. for this purpose the lack of primary activities control is found in the

is lack of HRM in the firm as employees are not coordinating, technological development s is
found effective by installing system and having proper working structure in firm.
