process and performing
proper planning of the project
PART B
Task 1
Pros and cons of integrated vs separated PMPs
There are both pros and cons in case of integrated project management planning. The
main benefits that are received in case of implementing integrated project management planning
includes the fact that proper service provisioning as per the requirement of the organizational
process can be provided. Hence wise tailored services can be provided. Getting but in from the
stakeholders will also be beneficial. Proper differentiation can be made in between the projects
and the processor. Establishing proper project team will also be acting as a pro in the process.
Proper involvement of the stakeholders can also be established. The main con that is present in
the system includes that no specialization can be achieved in this process.
In case of the separated project management planning the main pro that is present
includes segmentation of the project. In this case each phase of the project is distinguished and
hence wise the steps are performed. Each and every step has some dependency on the previous
phases that have been already performed. Despite the benefits the main con that is present is that
there is a lack of integrity in the process, stakeholder involvement has not been at its peak.

CONFLICT ASSESSMENT
Skills, experience and processes that is used for executing and monitoring projects.
Approaches of other project manager and the how to keep the project in track?
The steps that were taken in order to monitor the project includes employing of managers
for each and every work groups. The managers will be responsible for proper functioning of the
group. In case of any inefficiency in the process the managers were answerable. Data were
assessed every week. Hence in case of any kind of issue the data was present and hence wise
issues present in the system can be mitigated and monitored.
Many mangers use logical framework approach or Rapid appraisal approach for keeping
the project in track. With the help of the logical framework approach proper clarification in the
goal and scope can be brought and hence execution of the project gets easy. Again in case of
rapid appraisal approach, proper appraisal is provided to the employee on proper performance
and hence they work efficiently, hence wise executing the project with higher efficiency.
