Introduction
A communication strategy is exchange of information from one person to another or
with the whole organization. Communication strategies are the major blueprints in
exchanging general information with personal information in the organization. The effective
communication is a driver of strategic success and it helps to develop a described
communication plan (Weaver, 2019). The use of leadership styles in an organization helps to
build more positive behavior in all the employees.
As a manager for the Global Network Administrators Group, the approach and
leadership styles which should be followed by employees in the organization are to discussed
and implemented for the better view. The report focuses on conceptual ideas which are
implemented with the formulation of strategies in the organization. There is also a focus on
how it directly impacts the shareholders, customers, employees, and stakeholders of the
business.
Leadership Style and Strategic Approach
Organization strategy is a long term plan that guides the positive route towards the
actual realization of company goals and visions. The effective strategies that should be used
in Global network Group in the U.S. are an adaption of porter three generic strategies in the
internal structure for achieving targets and goals of the company. They should be supervised
for the control in the internal management system, as some of the employees are not known
about company policies and they work according to their choices (Pearson, 2019).
Strategic alignment should be compassed for the strategy implementation as this
support the entire organization to follow all the steps and policies as same are adopted in
India. The decision group should be formulated and top-level management should also

participate in an effective management system to resolve such issues (Strategic Dialogue,
2018).
Training and coaching should be provided to all the top-level authorities as this will
recognize strength, weakness and implement motivations in employees so they can handle
such a situation that is happening in Global Networks. These types of leadership skills assist
all the team members to clarify the responsibilities and attain goals to be achieved (Huhman,
2014).
Autocratic leadership style should be adopted as this focuses on results and efficiency
of the whole organization. The strict guidelines should be adopted to clarify their work and
completion may be possible at a specified time. The use of Pacesetter leadership style can be
more effective in Global Network Organization as this is based on driving fast results. The
leaders are more focus on the performances of the employees and guide them to reach the
targets. For example, the leader should encourage their employees to complete their work on
time and resolve all such issues that are faced by customers ( Stanley, 2015)
Organizational Cultural Influence
Organization culture in company reflects the internal policies and regulations which
are to be followed by each and every employee for the need of their customers. Global
Network Group should adopt strategies that are used in India and participate in the
administrator work in the organization. The policies regarding connectivity issues are too
resolved for the betterment of their customers who live in U.S. for the smooth running of
business and less conflicts. As there is no direct supervision and guides to all the employees,
this will increase pressure on other part of the country in India. This directly impact
employees as they are free from their duties and know about fewer policies of the
organizations.

Conflict Management Strategies
Conflict is the biggest part of every organization as we cannot control our exposures
to the conflict in our professional or organizational level. In the Global Administrators group,
I will implement various conflict management strategies that may help and reduce the
pressure of the Indian team. The company should have a mental strategy to compete as this
will enable them to win, as this will enhance the work of smooth operations (Steps To Ensure
Compliance With Policies And Procedures, 2019).
Accommodating strategy can also be used where U.S Company should match the
requirement of employees and guides them with time management. Collaboration with more
employees in this company would be a great step but they should be provided with full
information about policies and regulation that are to be adopted in the organization
(Mccarthy, 2019).
Addressing the issues privately by the employees is the first step they should follow to
resolve the issues of the customers. So, India team do not suffer and build more miss
communications between both the places. Supervisors who would prefer not to deal with
struggle are probably going to keep away from it out and out. This methodology rejects the
administrator's very own worries and those of the other individual, leaving the contention
uncertain. Sometimes this methodology is helpful when an issue ought to be tended to at
some other point or if a compromising circumstance surfaces (Squire, 2012).
Summarization of Communication Strategies
Communication strategies are an effective part of any management system as this
describes which strategies are being adopted and how to actively participate in those
concerned matters. The company should allow its employees to know about the policies and
regulations which are must to follow. The adaption of Autocratic style of leadership,

Pacesetter style of leadership and democratic style should be known by the employees for the
smooth running of the business.
To implement, I will make a proper guide plan that will influence and known by all
the employees. The conflict management team will be assigned to measures all such issues
are resolved in time. The collaboration between all the stakeholders is also depended upon
the goodwill of the company and how effectively employees are contributing their time in
solving client’s needs. The time structured which is adopted by India is to be implemented
and follow up in regards to know the actual outcome of the circumstances. The stakeholders
are the people from outside but they play an important role in the overall organization
structure. The coordination and support from top-level management play an important role in
organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conclusions
The report tells about the management system which should be adopted by Global
Network Administrator Group in U.S. As a manager, there should be formulation in the
internal management system and adaption of smooth communication strategies are being
implemented for the organization. To enhance the operational functionality, there are ideas
and approaches that are to be implemented. Stakeholders, shareholders of the business and
employees are the main core players in making organisational to reach to targets and resolve
issues which are arising from them.
