CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
A.) The present project in the broad discipline of management and part of my Masters in
Management. In the management field, it is important to manage fight which takes place
between the employees and other staff members. The main reason behind conducting this study
on dispute management is to enhance learning and result, including effectiveness or performance
in an organisational setting. In hospitality sector, employees play a significant role in providing
services to the customers which lead to enhance their satisfaction level. Hence, it is essential to
overcome dispute, so that no inaccurate effect develop on consumers due to conflict take place
between the workers and management. There are different types of conflict that occur between
workers and their managers. Poor communication creates misunderstanding among workers
which gives rise to conflict.
B.) The present collected information will be sourced from Asian education research association,
Volume III. The information can be founded at the

impacting the organisational productivity. The present investigation is conducted to understand
the type of conflict which occur within the organisation and the way of managing the conflict at
