Introduction
Conflict management is being considered as the important practice, which is helps to
identify as well as handle the conflicts with efficiency as well as sensible manner (Broukhim et
al. 2019). In the workplace environment, conflict is being considered as the important concern
which makes the significant impact on decision making process (Cooper 2015). The purpose of
the study is to shed light on the critical analysis of interview discussion between Jeremy
Praxman and Russell Brand. Analyzing the conflict, the study has recommended different
methods that can be beneficial in terms of dealing with the situation.

Jeremy Praxman: The purpose of Jeremy is to understand the brand choice of Russell in both the
