1CONFLICT IN MANAGEMENT
Conflict in management can be offend referred to as the practice that the management
head is able to recognize and identify the conflict. The part of a conflict in the management scene
is very evident and a natural part of the process in a working environment. The reflection
according to my prospective would be that it is important that the employee in the working space
is indulgent and has the knowledge to resolve conflicts. The five concepts that are to be
discussed are:
Preserve relationships
Recognize and manage the sources of conflict
Recognize and respond to conflicts
Resolve conflicts with difficult people
Develop communication strategies to resolve conflicts
Relationship can be preserved within the employee of the organisation based on mutual respect.
According to my prospect if the employee needs a clear vision for a task he/she should approach
to the senior employee and maintain a balance relationship.
The recognition and the management of the sources of conflict can vary from the typical
sources of conflict. The various sources are organizational changes is exterior and interior
factors and interpersonal factors. According to my personal reasoning the cause of the conflict
arises due to lack of planning, poor staff selection, lack of communication, frustration and stress.
(Spaho, 2013).
The recognition and response of conflict can be analyzed with the personal prospect
by giving attention to the inner thoughts of the matter, listen to both the side, an employee should

be eligible of taking a leave in case of frustration and the person should remain focused on the
present moment (Estévez et al., 2015)
According to my reflection, conflicts can be managed by the subordinates and the
managerial head where a solution can be drawn. It should be the responsibility of both the
employee and the organization head to recognize and solve out the matter of conflict.
To resolve conflict one must have the quality to deal with difficult people. In case of
dealing with such people one should remain strong emotionally and concentrate on listening
attentively. Communication strategies that can resolve the conflict can be discussed as it is also
an important task to look from the other person’s point of view because the justification of both
the candidate matter. It is prominent from the personal point of view that the in the work space
conflict arise and the employee know the staffs more. Communication remains a strong tool for
the employees to talk about the matter and resolve the same.
