which was established in 2012 and this is one of the fastest growing business which provide fully
integrated design and services. There is defined different roles and responsibilities of the Joseph
young who is resolving the conflicts and problems in the organisation. He plays a role as a
project manager in the conquest organisation. There are different issues that need to be addressed
such as safety issues and potential loss of reputation. But company can overcome the issues and
complexities by applying appropriate strategies(Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015).

there are two types of issues which need to be addressed such as safety issues and potential loss
