Introduction:
Project management, Program management and portfolio management can also be defined as the
practices which are associated with enabling an individual or an organization to accomplish
various type of activities which would be initially helping in the success of the project. This
practices ate very much helpful because they are associated with showing a path which would be
followed by the project managers to complete the project by following sequential steps. Various
type of Project Management methodologies and systems exists which are generally capable of
allowing an organization or an individual to accomplish various sections of a project which are
very crucial and important.
This consolidated portfolio would be discussing about the learnings and the knowledge that I
have gained in last few weeks during the course. From the knowledge I have gained I have
concluded to the fact that whatever the management style that is adopted the considerable fact is
that all the project processes needs to be conducted efficiently, and under proper guidance. By
having a proper managerial guidance and leadership it is possible to deliver output which can
fulfill all the needs and requirements of the project. In each week we were introduce about a new
topic which helped us in understanding project management.
Learning outcome 1:
Summary:
From the course I learnt about the relevancy of the system thinking with the project, program and
the portfolio management. Besides this I also learnt about the way in which the project managers
use all this practices in order to achieve success in the project. In this week we were provided
with some real time scenarios which in which this practices could be applied and success could

be achieved. In this week I also learnt about the fact that system thinking is consisting of
numerous disservices.

The evidences have been collected from the various scholarly articles and from the “Full Final

Learning outcome 2:
Summary:
From the course I have learnt about the various tools and techniques which are generally
associated with helping eth system thinking which are generally used by the PPPM in order to
assure that the changes and the manipulations which are taking place in the project becomes
capable of delivering the objectives which are necessary along the goals that the project is
having. I have understood that the idea of project management and the system thinking are
totally dependent upon one another. From here I have seen that the project supervisors are not
associated with the usage of the basic system thinking instruments and the strategies but despite
of this various kind of advantages are provided by this apparatuses and methods.

From various real world examples I have understood the all the things that were taught to us
during the course and one of the major report which has helped in understanding this is the “Full

Summary:
With proceeding of the course I have seen that the all the practices are nothing but the different
kind of management techniques which are utilized in order to have an effective and efficient
management. I have understood the importance of system designing for any kind of project.
Various segments and the chiefs are essentially associated with the coordination of the
organization in order to achieve success. With incorporation of the designing it becomes very
much useful for conducting the specialized tasks as well as the non-specialized tasks.
Evidence:
I have also understood this looking into various real time scenarios provided in various reports
but the major one which has helped me a lot is the “Full Final Report from the National

Discussion and conclusion
From the course conducted in consecutive weeks I have identified the fact that the PPPM can be
acting as one of the most beneficial factor while meeting the various kind of strategic objectives
and goals of the project along with assuring the fact that the project which is getting delivered is
capable of providing outcomes as desired by the users. So from the learnings it can be concluded
that the weekly course has helped me a lot in achieved many theoretical knowledge as well as
practical aspects of the PPPM theory. And I am looking forward to implement it in my personal
and professional life and deliver the necessary objectives ad goals for the project.
