Program, project, and portfolio management have the same principle for accomplishing
the successful delivery of the work or job related to the commerce, business, construction or any
other sector. It can be defined as the set of practices those could be utilized for successfully
accomplishing the objectives and goals of the project or daily routine activities in an efficient
and effective manner. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the learnings gain during the
ten weeks and how the application of this knowledge can be utilized in the professional and
personal life.

The week 1 was a better start that gave me confidence that the knowledge and gained
learning will help me in living a better standard of life. It is the class about the commercial
planning and commercial projects and the role of these aspects in the successful and efficient
