Capability of delivering projects on time
I served as the Assistant General Manager at Fusan Equipment Co. Ltd. At this stage,
partnership with Amazon USA purchasing network, helped me to securely meet the annual
target. Application of effective procurement process resulted in the contractualization of
$7.5M annual budget. Here, I can cite the example of 40 mergers and acquisitions, which I
managed and assisted. The major drive behind this was the practical application of the skills,
expertise and knowledge, which I received from the course of Strategy, Negotiation and
Leadership.
At Grant Thornton, I played the lead role as transaction advisory. I was responsible
for looking after sales valuation. Negotiation with the clients helped me in exposing a
strategic approach towards timely delivery of the projects. I was also entrusted with the
responsibility of managing the transactions. Assistance of the subject matter experts enhanced
my preconceived skills, knowledge and expertise. Indulging in purchase agreements and
assisting the team members in handling them, enabled me to prepare strategies regarding
completion of the projects on stipulated time.
Extending support towards the third party logistics enhanced my awareness about the
dynamics of the business operations at Fusan Equipment Co. Ltd. This support, in turn, was
assistance for me in terms of managing the tenders and forwarding it to the clients.
Ability to develop and interpret complex data and undertake planning
I pursued BCom in Accounting and Auditing. Knowledge in this field helped me in
making effective plans for sales transactions in Grant Thornton. Post transaction planning
enabled me to evaluate the overall expenditure in terms of the identified goals and objectives.
During the tenure of Senior Associate in Bain and Co, I planned and executed deliverables

for FIM Bank Group. Here, I feel that the MBA course in Strategy, Negotiation and
Leadership was a wise step. Discussing the plans with the clients proved beneficial in
evaluating their effectiveness.
Serving as Group Finance Manager in Mustek Group helped me in making the most
of the learnt skills in the Strategy, Negotiation and Leadership. Here, training in Accounting
and Auditing can also be included as it enabled me to construct effective planning in
managing internal and external relationships. Along with this, the course also helped me in
leading the team members. Planning also assisted me in controlling the potential risks.
Moreover, planning helped in ensuring the smooth functioning of the business operations.
Planning helped me in interpreting complex data. Once, I was asked by the manager
to organize the files, enter data of three months and prepare reports on them. I was able to
perform the tasks smoothly with due planning in terms of their priority.
