Part B: Project Cost and Time Plan
Introduction
The construction projects are developed for the implication of the operations for the
deployment of the effective construction activities. The development of the final project
deliverable is based on the development of the finite project deliverable. The project completion
would help in yielding the effective and improved operations (Sahebjamnia, Torabi & Mansouri,
2015). The construction project would yield in using the concepts of project management for
developing the final project.
The following assignment comprises of project tender documentation that would provide
a detailed explanation of the project scope statement. The implication of the project development
report would form the overview of the project boundaries, objectives, milestones, and project
limitations. The review with the customer is another major element present in the project report.
The report would provide the brief of the project assumptions and constraints.
The project scheduling for residential complex construction project is developed by
listing the activities that would be carried on within the project. The activities would allow the
formation of the dependencies and the resource alignment. The completion of the activities,
sequencing them, and adding resources to the project would tend to form the final project plan.
The report would help in easing the flow of information and aligning the final project delivery.
The use of Ms-Project would be helpful for the alignment of the construction project plan. It

1.1 Project Activity List
The project activity list is developed for forming the effective calculation of the project
schedule and the development of the final project deliverable for the alignment of the operations

2.3 Resource Requirements of the Project
The resource requirements for the project of the developing the effective implementation
and alignment of the operations would be helpful for the deployment of the effective and
improved estimation (Sahebjamnia, Torabi & Mansouri, 2015). The top down estimation had
