Kelowna is a city which is situated near Okanagan Lake in Okanagan Valley. This is
located in British Columbia, Canada. The city possesses a trading area of 520,000 and
advances infrastructure that helps the construction industry. The construction industry in
Kelowna saw a flourishing situation and that is the sole reason the location helps the start-ups
as well as a small firm to expand and relocate along with the revenue generation (Ruparathna
& Hewage, 2015). This helps the company to expand in the marketplace and to gain what it is
intended to obtain from the marketplace. Therefore, it can be said that the people are more
into the construction industry in Kelowna as they get support and assistance to expansion in
the marketplace and to become popular in the process.
Economic Trends
The economic development commission provides economical services to the
company from different industries, and that is one of the main reasons for the growth of the
