work which is clearly stating the objective, scope of the project, cost involved in the project
along with safety issues, health and hazard issues involved in the project and it is required by the
client. In this project, the initial conceptual design is made for the office consisting of high
specification office rooms and conference rooms. This office is located in an industrial park near
the expressway linking international airport and major city in the U.K. Different types of
construction information are explained and their uses in the construction process. The bill of
quantity and schedule of work is made for the same project. The role computer aided design and
BIM in the construction information are also discussed. The CAD designs are made for the
building floor in AUTOCAD software and specific information are mentioned.

hazard is also included in the construction information along with the precautions and the
measures to avoid them.

project are:
