manner. This report will discuss about the determine the modern construction processes and
sequences used within the organization and also highlight the main point that needed for
sustainability. This assignment will discuss about the BAM Nuttall construction firm that
describe the contract planning technology applied in the both micro and macro projects.
Moreover, building information modelling tool impact on the business operations and function of
construction firm. Furthermore, this report will discuss about the health and safety that directly
integrated with the process of construction in the organization. At last task, this report describe

building and their infrastructure in proper manner. There are different type of construction
process used in the BAM Nuttall firm to manage all the operations and functions.
Precast flat panel system- This method is basically used in the construction process that
involves for making the wall and floor unit in off-site. It is required for separate factory outlet
and facilities required for development (Castillo, Alarcón and Pellicer, 2018). This process will
help for manufactured the services of doors, finishes and windows in proper manner. This
method will bring the building to envelope panels panel that provided with the decorative and
insulation for filtering with the help of factory. It is also used for loaded the elements in proper
manner.
3D Volumetric Modules- This is also construction method that involves 3D units for
manufacture in the form of modules at off site. For constructing the 3 dimensional model which

different operations and functions such as building, roadworks, demolition and refurbishment
etc. There are more chances to increase the risk beyond at their workplace. There is a major

towards the regulations.
