The drawing is somehow not coordinated well. The mechanical part of the drawing is not
quite much relating with the electrical drawing o the construction plan. The ducts are not well
placed as the electric wirings are looking to be close inside the steel frame and beams.
The planks do lack proper detailing. The part of the window and door frames is not properly
mentioned and in place of that there are just some vague notes added in place of their actual
dimensional drawing.
The plan does seem quite incomplete. The project is a complex one with a lot of details to be
added including the mechanical designs, the electrical designs, the civil engineering designs,
the structural engineering designs and there are not all them present in the drawings section
which may lead to a lot of trouble for the architect who does not have much knowledge of it
and does his job with the only content provided to him.

The following are the participants in a construction project and the information they produce

Client
The client produces the demands. He brings the requirement of how the building should be.
This could be enclosed in a document by him or just directly spoken to the contractors and
architects. The information provided by the client is the basis of all the work that happens in

The Surveyor
Surveyor holds the information about the size, location, topography. Attributes over and
under the land on which the development is created.
Town Planer
Town player holds the information about the orderliness inside the layout of development for
different land uses. He collects the information about population, infrastructural facilities,
culture, political, health, socio economic and other people needs, i.e., the complete master
plan and layouts.
The Architect
Architects are responsible for the design of the building or structure needed to be built. He is
the creator of dimensions, designs, depths and developments. He holds the information of the

Engineers
Engineers take the responsibility of keeping and maintaining the information related to
mechanical tools, electricity connections, plumbing operations, computational designs etc.

Quantity surveyor
Quantity surveyor has a plan of cost. The plan is carried out by the use of drawings, sketches.

The process begins with the Client. The client is the one who brings his ideas or desire to
have a building, or any other construction project. The client puts this desire or aim to a
project manager of a construction company or at times directly to a contractor. The project
manager has a team of every needed working hands and minds for the development and
completion of a given construction project (Helen, 2016). The project manager contacts the
contractor then, the contractor can be chosen by the project manager by his own choice or by
the recommendation of the client or any other party. The contractor receives the project
targeted plan and creates his own plan of how he is going to get it developed. The contractor
too has a lot of connections and workers under him. He may hire an architect or get the work
