• Prevention is the first key step that is to be
maintained for maintaining safety in the working
site. Vital plans have to be implemented for
maintaining the health and safety in the
construction sites (Ganah & John, 2015).
• The construction sites has very high risk of the
working environment. There are always a risk of
health and safety for the workers working on the
construction sites.

as hazard that will affect the workers working in

those protocols are to be maintained throughout
the construction sites (Illingworth, 2017).

project management technique that are basically
used in the managerial functions such as
planning the project, scheduling the project and
controlling the project.

• The performance review of a project depends on
how the project is carried out and the working
process of the resources in research.
• The performance evaluation is the performance
measurement, the appraisal of the performance
and the performance review.
