RESEARCH PROJECT
It is concluded from the above report that construction
industry of New Zealand is contributing a lot in the
economy of country. It is seen that in the first quarter of
2000, there are more than 200 thousand people who get
employment in the construction industry. There is also
increase in country's revenue due to construction
industry. There is increase in residential sector of New
Zealand. It is concluded that in the region of South
Island, population growth has propagated in the
residential sector. There are different regulations and
rules used for promoting safety awareness among the
staff and workers. This consists of managing of
improvised techniques for construction. There are two
different type of safety training method including
conventional lecture and innovative method using 3D
building information modelling. This is very important
for the management of workers within the training
period related to the business modelling. It is also
important that workers must be provided effective
training at workplace for managing the quality of their
work and life.
Introduction
For every company it is essential to follow proper safety
compliances so that there will be minimum or no error as well as it
also helps in minimizing the accident at the workplace. The
respective research report is based on the study of safety
compliances in the construction sector of New Zealand a more while
conduct this evaluation there be analysis of bureaucratic loopholes
at the respective nation. Here, bureaucratic is considered as the
typically refers to a company’s which is complex along with the
