The architectural plans of the building indicate that the building consists of three rooms: the
control room, storage and a washroom. The building has one storey level, cavity walls and a
strip foundation.
To construct the construction schedule, the following tasks were carried out first:
1. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):
Indicates the major deliverables for the construction of the propose control room
2. Precedence Diagram Method (PDM):
A visual depiction of the construction tasks and the critical path of construction
3. Resource Analysis
An estimation of the resources required for construction
