I learned from the module that one of the most crucial factors to consider practically and
in any type of organisation is sustainability. It aids in the development of a company's brand
image as well as cost savings by focusing on waste control in a variety of operations of the
business firm. I have learned that a construction company can maintain its sustainability
activities in a number of ways, including using advanced technological tools and machines to
reduce carbon emissions in their construction area, using sustainable materials for building
structures and participating in infrastructure development projects (Sabuj and et. al., 2021). I
learn about numerous ideas for using sustainable tactics in my future construction firm. I am
interested in the construction sector and maintaining sustainability measures while working is
important for this profession. There are a few rules and regulations relating to corporate social

responsibility that firms must adhere. As a result, I am expanding my knowledge and abilities in
order to comprehend the significance of sustainability in the development of a firm.

and development. By concentrating on employee productivity, I am continually analysing the
need for and demand for training. To reduce work pressure and cultivate a great working
atmosphere in the business organization, I established a thorough calendar for each project. I
communicate with my employees on a daily basis, allowing me to better understand their needs
and desires. Learning about sustainability will enable me to begin my professional career in an
ethical and legal manner, according to all rules and regulations in the prevailing business market.
For a better professional career, I need to enhance my learning method. I can learn things
through visual and auditory learning methods, which involve seeing pictures and films and
hearing sounds to understand concepts. I am sometimes unable to take notes on my learnings,
which is necessary for both my academic and professional careers. I need to put in more effort to
create my new reading and writing approach, which includes reading, observing as well as taking
notes (Olawumi and Chan, 2021). This may also aid in the development of my professional
career since I intend to pursue a job in the construction business. As a result, it is critical for me
to improve my writing skills since construction workers must utilize software to create maps of
their projects and operate appropriately. Second, in order to further my career in the construction
sector, I needed to improve my analytical and inventive talents. I have chosen to talk to more
individuals and study how they come up with new ideas and make decisions in their daily lives.

the individual in determining the amount of time necessary to transform poor abilities into strong
ones. It is critical to construct a PDP objective that will aid in the analysis of a clear vision of
what a person wants to achieve and where it is now standing. It is critical for me to first assess
my poor talents, which I must improve in order to improve my personal and professional life. For
this, I may communicate with my professors, parents, and friends, all of whom engage with me
on a regular basis and are familiar with my abilities and capabilities (Arab, Farrokhzad and
Habert, 2021). I will ask them for their feedback on my weak skills, and then determine which
skill is most necessary to develop first. As a result, I need to prioritize my poor skills and analyse
the activities and methods I may use to improve them. Another crucial phase is to assess the
measures needed to improve poor abilities. I will contact my professors again to inquire about
how I might enhance a couple of my poor talents. Setting aside time for each ability is also
necessary in order to fulfil the desired goal within the allotted time. In addition, I must review
my PDP strategy on a monthly basis (Liu, Xue and Chen, 2021).
