INTRODUCTION
Academic research basically refers to the systematic investigation into a solution or
problem where the main intention is to identify the facts or opinions which will assist in solving
the problems or dealing with the situation. Academic writing is very important because on the
basis of it an individual can develop themselves into positive manner. The research at academic
level is also act as part of academic writing because on the basis of research the appropriate
writing can be done into positive manner. The present report will cover discussion about learning
from a particular topic which is named as development and learning process of innovation and
technology. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis about how learning is helpful for
future studies and for development plan as well. Moreover, the report will cover discussion about
the feelings while presenting the learnings from the above mentioned topic into the report.

I have chosen this topic because this topic gives knowledge about new technologies and
machines used by the construction industry. The use of these new technologies not only helps the
industry to grow into fast pace manner but also implements the technology in order to upgrade
their standard into positive manner. Due to innovation factor into the industry of construction it
is easier to identify potential safety hazards, social distancing infractions and work at height etc.
I have learnt from the module that due to innovation the construction industry can grow to a next
higher level. The innovation and implementation of new technologies not only increases the
efficiency but also reduces the project durations as well. I have learnt that these technologies
makes improvement and reduce the defects of correction processes and also lead towards
robotics work and mechanics due to which result can be achieved into result oriented manner.
I have learnt about this aspect that it increases the construction speed due to
implementation of technologies and also enhances the worker safety as well. I have observed
while learning about this topic that the drone-based inspection help in terms of reducing physical
labour due to which individual can save their energy for further work. From this topic, I have
learnt that laser-based terrain mapping reduces the cost of labour and increases the accuracy level
as well.

In order to observe job site, technology plays a very significant role in it such as mobile
devices and drones make it easier to implement changes within the industry. With support of
technologies, it is easier to deliver instructions that in which manner to deal with these dangers
into efficient based. I have realised that learning is important because it helps people to feel
happier and also gives satisfaction level in their career and lives as well. Learning is important
into this aspect because it help in terms of an individual further growth and development as well.
It also increases the knowledge level of an individual and contribute into the context of
increasing the confidence level as well.
When I have started learning into continuous manner then it help in terms of remaining
relevant into the market and also gives confidence level to prepare themselves for the unexpected
situations as well. It also help in terms of boosting the profile of an individual and also sparks
towards new ideas as well. I have realised learning is very significant because it contribute into
the context of changing the perspective as well and also contribute in terms of developing the
leadership skills as well which later on translates into fostering lifelong learning in other
individuals. That's why learning is very important so that individual can grow themselves into
positive direction into result-oriented manner.

From the perspective of future studies, the learning from topic of innovation and
technology in construction industry gives me idea about new technologies and up gradation into
the market specially in the industry of construction. If I want to make a career in this industry
then this learning will help me in terms of making a roadmap which act as support system in
reaching towards the goal. This learning gives me base idea about the particular industry due to
which I can easily analyse about the positive and negative aspects of this industry in terms of
making career into this particular field. For making continuous improvement I can take support
from online websites, videos, tutorials in order to stay updated myself according to changing
period of time. I can also make contacts in this particular industry or field due to which i can gain
information into consistent manner which has not been revealed on the online basis and in open
environment.

So these kind of contacts act as advantageous factor from the perspective of future
studies and development plans. This kind of information helps me in terms of making a roadmap
for my career due to which I can achieve success in a set period of time. There is a positive
impact on my career development due to which I can grow into consistent manner along with
proper information and updated technologies as well. The continuous improvement plan not only
increases my confidence level but also enhances the enthusiasm level as well due to which a kind
of zeal has been developed for purpose of achieving targets into positive manner.

While presenting information to my peers i was feeling very happy, confident and excited
as well. I was feeling very happy because i got the opportunity to learn for my further growth
and development as well. The topic is very interesting due to which I gain knowledge about new
technologies and machines as well due to which I was feeling very confident into my personality
as well. The topic also gives me understanding about the particular industry due to which I feel
motivated towards my work and automatically I start planning further my career while
presenting information to my peers. Sharing the information not only enhances the level of my
personality but I can also raise my standard level as well in terms of my career as well. While
presenting information to the peers I can enhance my communication skills due to which I can
increase my network and bonding level with my peers. These are the feelings which I feel while
presenting information to the peers.
