RE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED BRICK VENEER HOUSE AT 14
HEMMINGS STREET, PENRITH NSW 2750
We hereby submit our tender documents to implement and see the completion of
the proposed brick veneer house at 14 Hemmings Street, Penrith NSW 2750. Our
construction will be implemented as per the architectural and the engineering drawings that
spells the scope of works, which we deem implementable for the sum of $873,203.97 (Eight
hundred and seventy-three thousand, two hundred and three and ninety-seven cents Dollars).
The construction period shall take 6 ½ weeks.
Alongside the price, we have included the following:
No allowance for work that is unknown underground and the following provisional sums:
Hydraulics works including plumbing, drainage and roof plumbing $20,000.00
Electrical work complete $15,000.00
Kitchen cupboards $12,000.00
Insulation to walls and ceilings $ 4,000.00
Shower screens $ 1,200.00
Garage door $ 4,000.00
Staircase $ 5,000.00
Landscaping $12,000.00
Floor coverings $10,000.00
We have allowed a 15% to be the builders margin of running project
The working hours (indicated at the Project plan attached) shall be from 8.00am to 5.00pm
Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 8.00pm to 12.00noon.
The validity period for the tender shall be 28 days, thereafter the price indicated shall be
reviewed and subjected to a council approval, and fresh negations will follow.
