Consultancy in practices is basically defined as facilitating third party with expertise on a
matter in exchange for a free. Consultancy service also involved in the form of advisory or
execution and with help of these method employees also get right direction for doing their work
in smart manner. In business also consultancy plays the major role for enhancing the
performance level of employees at maximum level. The report will covers the skills which is
essential for enhancing the result of the project, in which extent level of confidence are improved
during this project, propose a plan of action for fulfilling these gaps/developing these areas. It
further covers identify the three skill gaps or areas where you consider that further development
would be useful for for developing the career of business in long term.
TASK 1
Which skill have you developed or enhanced as a result of the project
During the time of conducting this project I received lot of knowledge from my team
mates and other seniors. Due to achieving knowledge I easily realized that what is the value of
the team and in which way team is worked systematically. Due to the effective understanding of
team I am able to develop my skills in effective manner. During the time of conducting this
project the skills which I effectively developed are described below -
Communication skills – According to me communication is a important skill for each
individual or student during the time of conducting any type of task. When this skill is
worked in effective manner then student are able to secure their career in long term
professionally. In both professional and academic life communication plays the major
role for sharing various types of information quickly with others.
Creativity skills – It is also the another type of skill which is highly important for each
and every student in both professional and academic life. With help of this skill I am able
to put attractive designs or graphics in the group project. Due to the effective use of
various designs and graphics in project the focus of the audience are easily captured for
long time. In this skill different types of ideas are applied by the team members which is
essential for increasing the success rate of project effectively.
Problem solving ability – According to me it is also important for me and my team
mates. When this skill worked in effective manner professionally then students are able

When I started this project firstly I did not know any thing about marketing and other
concept and due to less knowledge I did not able to prepare the project effectively. That means
during the starting time of this project I need lot of information from various sources for
understanding the concept properly. But after clearing the concept I am able to put creativity in
this project. Due to putting various graphics and designs the project is prepared in smart and
attractive manner which is highly beneficial for others in aspect of increasing their knowledge
about various organizations and their activities.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved
Due to the effective use of above mentioned skills my confidence level are highly
increased for doing any type of work. According to me effective confidence level are highly
essential for handling the complicated situations easily. During the time of academic and
professional life I realized that with out self confidence I am not able conduct the task in
systematic manner. That means for increasing my self confidence I started to attends various
program and events in group. In this way my confidence level is highly increased and also able
to solve their problems quickly. The other advantage due to enhancing confidence level is that I
am able to provide right directions to my team members properly.
How could you use your learning in your future career
From the analysis of above data, I understand that learning is a very essential part for
securing the future carer in long term. Due to the effective use of learning habit and various skills
I am able to understand various important points. In first I understand that skills such as
communication, problem solving ability, creativity etc. plays the crucial role for increasing the
success rate of project. Secondly, which I learned from this project is that positive relationships
with seniors is highly important for doing the work in systematic and proper way.

am not able to complete my assignment or task in time. It leads to create negative impact on my
image or performance between my team members at large scale. Second issue which I faced due
to weakness in these skills is that I am not able to clear description to my team members
regarding their roles and responsibilities. Due to this various types of task are not accomplished
in systematic and effective manner. Due to occurring of these types of issues I decided to
improve various skills effectively with help of joining various courses and conducting various
seminars. The skills which is required for enhancing the success rate of group project are
communication, problem solving and creativity. When these areas are improved then
definitely the information of this project are effectively spread to others with short duration.
