Introduction
Business is the commercial activity which is being used to generate income from the
market by establishing business is the hard task and the enterprises improves the skills .
This report will cover the ability that were improved and raised as a outcome of the
project and assignment, consisting education added from working on the projects and on its
ending. It will spotlight the growth in self confidence with regards to project management
and how the ability raised in this task will help and contributed to the selected future
plans. the task report will further research the ability that is required to be improve and
a personality development plan will explained the gaps in skills and what plan need to be
taken by when In order to develop the ability gap. The report will impact the selected
skills needed for a job promotion with impacting presented from job description .

Time management skills
The project have a deadline that have to meet on that date, also there is mini projects that
have to complete on short duration. This skills enables me to grow the projects
deliverables with in an appropriate time frame tending to the assignment to the projects
needs to be done on deadlines. Tasks that were designed with in the short span were
meant to be meet on deadlines. The recordings of activity that required to be finish by the
groups , users and the manager has to be done on due date and it was my duty to meet the
assignment on due date by the innovative manner (Levitt and et. al., 2021). .
Problem solving skills -
it was critical ability in this assistance as the task included operating with the users
issues which in this situation was the deficiency of education in marketing the new users
being offering by projects. The merchandising areas required help with a clear goals
to assist promote the new subjects serving consisting solution if organizational issues. I
have to introduce a list if queries which were making using the clients explanation to
launch an appropriate operations solutions for the users . From the starting of the task of
the task till end issue solving was a major skills that has to be used as we seems trouble

with generating details and liable hugely on the skills of resolving issue to reach the
goods of the assignment (Alkhatib and et. al., 2021)..
Communication skills -
The task included the utilisation of communication and also it plays a major role in
completion of goals. As it creates a bond between the clients and mentors. It plays a huge
part in the success of the ending of the task as it was essential skills to attain details and
show thoughts and ideas on the assignments themselves. My communication skills were
measured at the case when I was not able to communicate appropriately and not getting
any opportunity to practice in order to improve this skills, I have involve more customers to
participate from the side of buyers. Utilisation of my impressive communication skills
able me to engage in a expertise in a professional way in generating the essential data
needed to start with the task (Haifizi and Steis, 2021). .
Management skills -
It is the another skills that was improved via this task as I have taken on the position of
team leader which means that I had to delegate assessments and explains the assessments
needs to my units in a mode that they analyse the task needs as initially there many
issues regarding task results. As a management I Improved my ability to be soft speaking
and describes the task to my team members many times to assist them the issues to
resolve them all. This take certain meetings face to face as well as over the call cutting
down the task range and taking leadership qualities for me to devote the projects. It is
important for me to have good leadership qualities.
I have no idea of the issues that will be shown during the undertaking this task and the
stage of security that was required to reach the deadlines and the duties to keep ,
meetings . Every team members a must be aware of the updated details and order to wotk
on that I added brilliant task management ability by having a details of where they were
In the task and what action is expected from them. This provided me the ability to stay
on the top of the project and operate on any issues which were growing (Callao and
Lacson, 2022). .
The task provided me a accurate life learnings on how I can manage the task and team
to attain the goals successfully the project teach me to accomplish task on deadlines and also
it teaches me to work in more innovative manner. I managed this by sending various mails
to the buyers in order to inform them about operational details. I have raised my confidence
level by working on this assessment. Also I have improved my communication skills I have
improved my leadership skills through . I have develop my intelligence while leading a team
I have learn that how to manage the skills and it is being analysed that I have to make
them feel familiar and suitable so that they can say there issues easily to me. I have to
manage them all also they teach me new things that is beneficial in future I can uses them
all in up coming life as well as it make me more valued. This is the only way to improve
my skills also I have gained a good experience and also I have raised my confidence and
attentiveness. On the other side I have learn technical skills that presentation skills and excel
records I have learn to records the data and other things that gives an clear image of the
position and business. It makes it more beneficial and it also helps me in developing
personal details and it makes it more beneficial and better for me to gain the compatibility
of having a verified education of improving skills. Improved skills have develop my

communication skills and others. And it gives me confidence to interact with the users and
clients easily (Gao and et. al., 2021). .
