INTRODUCTION
Problems and difficulties are the part of business which every organisation of market has
to face while performing their business activity in market. It depends upon the management and
strategic development of organisation that how they analyse these problems and what measures
they have used to minimise the same. This report is based on providing personal reflection
related to experience faced by my while doing task for Regent College. This report contains two
separate task under which first task helps to explore number of skills and learning which I have
developed during this project. It also helps to explore the increment in confidence and their use
in future projects. The second part of this project helps us to evaluate specific skill gap and
enables to develop effective development plan which helps to improve these gaps.
MAIN BODY
TASK-1
The project which is performed in previous time is development of new digital campaign
for Regent College which helps to increase brand value of college in market. The main aim of
the project is to attract large number of stakeholders towards the organisation which promotes
their development. There are number of problems are faced by me at the time of conducting this
problems and two major problem which is reflected by this project is limited amount of time and
problem of budget. The solution of these problems requires to have different types of skills and
learning present in my personality. Some skills were present in my personality as well and some
need to develop (Armstrong, 2018). The first skill which I have develop during this project is
time management skills another are financial management skills, decision making skill and many
more. The time management skills refers to those skill of in individual which is used by them to
manage different types tasks in required time. At the time of starting this project, management of
college provide use time deadline for completing this project which becomes challenge for us.
The performance of this project helps us to understand effective allocation of time which develop
effective time management skills in my personality. The another skill which is developed by me
is effective finance management skills. The financial position of college are not good as so much
which in result management provide is limited funds to finish this project. There are many
activities are present which required more funds while developing marketing campaign for
organisation. The effective allocation of funds helps to develop many measures which helps us to

allocate limited funds in activities of project according to their importance. This project helps me
to understand the importance of any activity by evaluating their importance in terms of
monetary. Before developing, digital marketing campaigns for college I am not able to
understand managerial and working aspects of educational institute which helps to maintain the
organisation to operate their business in effective (Bhatia, 2019). The knowledge of institute and
their working are very beneficial for me. It helps to conduct these type of projects in near future
which helps to increase the productivity and the effectiveness of my my personality.
The level of confidence is one of the important and valuable part of my personality which
is very helpful for solving different types of problems and aspect in life. At the time of starting of
this project, the level of confidence are very low due to newness of this project. Huge amount of
stress and anxiety are developed in my personality at starting of this project. The reason for
development of these negative aspect in my personality is that I have never work for any
educational institution so it becomes threat for me to provide ineffective and invaluable aspect
which develops ineffective aspect in my personality. As the time goes thinks started to becomes
easy due to starting of project. The level of confidence start rising which helps me to conduct this
type of projects. It is important for me to analyse the level of confidence so that weaknesses
present in them can be minimise in aspect. If the level of confidence are high in management
then it becomes positive for me to conduct these type of projects again in my life (Brandi and
Elkjaer, 2019).

find the skills gaps. It is essential for me to make effective improvement plan for these gaps so
that it can be used in effective manner. If these gaps are not fulfilled by me at required time then
it becomes negative for me to complete different types of projects in effective manner. It is
required to conduct effective evaluation of personality under which different types of deviations
can be taken out to clear the same.
