INTRODUCTION
Management of business involve functional and operational areas with the purpose of attaining
higher term of profitability and productivity. It also include several issues that occur due to
dynamic aspects of the business and it directly have impact on the staff faculty and as well as
executives of business (Briscoe, 2021). By this, it is important to develop skills or abilities in
respect to resolve the issues and conflicts of clients. As the project covers the scenario of skills
gaps that are determined in the procedure of learning. The report will also analyse learning and
career action program in an effective manner.
TASK 1
Which skills you developed or enhanced as a outcome of the report?
There is a report of college in that I take part as a consultant in respect to resolve the
issues within the management. As I have noticed that everyday that employee's retention
turnover is maximising. It is the fundamental reason due to which I have evaluated about
employees and the basic issues in the business. That meeting plays significant role in solving the
issues of the staff faculty and got the value of communication abilities. While solving the issues
of the staff faculty I have measured that there are necessity of higher involvement with staff
faculty by which they will feel values and motivated towards managerial targets and aims. As the
outcome of this report, I have noticed about my changes that are occur due to developing my
abilities and skills. By this meeting with staff faculty, I have acquired efficient communication
abilities. I also follows various sections in business to introduce changes within workers attitude
and aspect towards management (Clegg, Pitsis, and Mount, 2021). It is the basic cause by
which I have also created my time management abilities that also lead to motivating other
workers also towards their managerial performance. In order to lead the staff faculty, I have
acquired effective quality of leading the group that can satisfy the managerial requirements and
task. As a outcome of this project, I am capable enough to increase my analytical abilities. As
there are varied courses of circumstances that occur unexpectedly in which I need to resolve it
and make workers satisfied with the support of analytical abilities. By this manner, I have
increased my analytical skills.

What do you know that you didn’t know about the start of the procedure?
At the beginning of procedure, there are varied courses of actions that are not easy for me
to understand. I had faced several challenges in senior education processes field of consultant. I
have analysed about senior education processes. I only understand about few courses of
consultant challenges in terms of issues or problems between workers, talent management and so
on. But on the other hand, when I started this procedure, I ascertained various challenges of
consultant (Hamadeh, and et.al., 2021). I also got to understand that operations of consultant
might be change after knowing about worker's aspects. I also got to understand about senior
eduction recruitment that is one of the suitable approach to hire new and skilled individuals in
the business. It is also defined as talent search or campus recruitment that I will apply in my
future recruitment plan. It was not simple me because each candidate have their own perspective
to deal with any situation. Before starting it, I was unaware about that complexities in the
business. But after beginning of the report, I got to understand about various challenges that
occurs while managing the report.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
I have noticed that there are higher enhancement in my confidence level. By such report,
I have analysed that my confidence is maximising in manner of applying varied more fields.
Before it, I am enough capable to communicate smoothly with candidates but after this report,
now I am capable to deal with them as effectively. It present that it maximise my confidence
level and now I am not hesitate to interact with anyone (Kerr, and Richards, 2021). I have also
ascertained that my time management abilities will get enhanced and by now I am capable to
maintain my task smoothly. I am capable to present varied project as same time because I am
maintaining my time in an efficient manner.
How could you use your learning in your future career?
By the support of this learning, I have analysed that it is significant for my future. The
cause after it, I am seeing my future as a consultant. Hence, this experience will offers me varied
advantages in respect to perform key job role. I had also evaluated that such experience is not
just supported my in my field of job role but also supports in other fields too. The fundamental
cause after it, which I have created my abilities in this report, that is not just effective for the area
of consultant but it also necessary in any area. I created varied leadership qualities that enhance
my leadership abilities that will maximise the opportunities that enhance the opportunities of

leadership role in the business. I also ascertained that it is critical in an effective career options
that I have measured that now business require to hire the staff faculty who are proficient in
variable field and those who are capable to manage several task at one time (McDermott, and
Fieseler, 2021). By this experience, I have analysed that how the person should maintain their
task in particular period of time. In my experience I also acquired time management abilities that
help me to execute my course of task in certain period of time. By the support of abilities growth
in this report, I am capable enough to take suitable decisions in which I require to select for my
effective career growth. I also identified that this experience develop several course of chances in
the business as I got to understand about senior education recruitment processes. By this, now I
understand that what questions might be asked by interviewers during the interview in which I
will be capable to perform an effective sections. It will maximise the opportunities of getting
selection in senior education recruitment. Hence, it is the basic reason to measure about my
experience that supports me for my furthermore career opportunities.

Problem Solving Problem solving abilities is a significant term to create
within staff members that is effective that they can't
face any issues in their life. It is unsure that issues that
will occur are definite but it is not fixed that what sort

respect to manage with other issues, the individual
should concentrates on creating crucial term of
abilities by which they are capable enough to measure
about condition and ascertain real issues. In respect to
create problem solving abilities, it is critical to perform
task on solving issues.

create team work and collaboration skills, it is
important for me to involve high skilled of individual
by which I am enough capable to know their aspects
and attitude and become ready for the task with

that all individual have diverse emotions that is an
important term to understand them before any
