INTRODUCTION
One of the major advantage for the completion of any report or task is the development of
different skills in the personality of a person such as academic skills and professional skills.
These skills plays an important role in the career of candidates because it enables them to get the
desired job in future. These skills helps them to working in the organisation. This report states
reflective statement of which skills are developed in my personality and and the audit of these
skills.
TASK-1
There are different types skills are developed in my personality while working on this
particular project such as academic skills, interpersonal skills., professional skills and
communication skills. While I was doing this project I have to find different book and lectures
which creates special feeling in me to develop academic knowledge. As I am deep research for
this project I have to interact with different types of people which increases my communication
skills.
One of the major skills which helps me in my career is the professional skills because it
develops professional integrity discipline and pressure handling capacity in me. The pressure
handling capacity helps me to clear difficult interview and make possible the presence of me in
desired organisation. In today's scenario the discipline in employee behaviour plays an important
role for the success of employee in the organisation and makes sure the growth of me in
organisation.
Communication skill plays major role for me in the organisation because it helps me to
interact with different types of people present in the organisation and also helps me to develops
coordination in the organisation. The professional integrity helps me to get the considerable
respect and recognition in the organisation. It also attracts the management of the organisation
towards me which is good signal of the growth of my rank in the organisation. It is very
important for the employee as well as student that they have considerable level of discipline
present in their personality because it helps to develops the habit of punctuality in student and
employee.
There are many things which I don't know at the time when I started this project and now
I know such as the meaning of academic integrity and the importance of communication skills.

Now it is clear for me that academic integrity not only benefits in academic career but also helps
to perform the duty in professional career. Academic integrity restricts to use other's work for
project in negative manner so it develops habit in me for self work which helps me to depend on
my own work in job career.
At the time when I was not started this project, my confidence level was very low. I think
I am not able to complete this project but my mentor believes in me and suggest that I can do this
projectile and the words my mentor becomes real and I completed this project. Now the level of
confidence are very high and I believe that I can do any type of project if I belief.
There are different learning which used in my future is the communication skills and
professional skills.
