INTRODUCTION
Development of skills refers to a process which helps to identify gap exist among skills in an
individual for getting training and other benefits related to skills. It is one of important process
for a person in order to enhance professional network, communicate in effective manner,
negotiation and other things (Bennett-Levy, 2019). It is also important in order to build
professional network and also for developing good career opportunities. This project report
consists evaluation and analysation of various skills and learning development. It also identifies
skill gap in an individual for further learning and development. Additionally, it includes action
taken by a person for fil these skill gaps.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
It is important for a person to develop different learning and skills for solving problem occur at
business. It is important for solving client’s problem and also allow different team members to
work together. It is lasso important for handling the situation in effective manner in professional
life. It also determines operation at workplace in efficient manner.
Skill development
Skill are essential for a person in order to develop different solution. It is important for purpose
of developing skills, competencies and capability that allow them to complete a project, on basis
of these skill, a person is able to get support of team, provide them guide and also motivate them
to work in effective manner. Some of these skills developed by me are mentioned below:
Communication skills: Communication skill helps to share ideas, opinion, views from one
person to another person. It is important in order to understand problem face by team members in
order to complete a work (Brown, 2018). At time of working over a project, I need to
communicate with team members for which we organised meetings, conferences in order to
understand roles and responsibility of each member.
Leadership skills: Leadership refers to a process to create influence over action of others. It was
developed by me while working over a project as I lead the whole team. Also, I motivate team
members and provide them guidance about how to carry out a task in less time. On basis of this
skill, it is easier for me to complete the work and attaining project goals.

skills that these are important for a person for their future career. Before working over this
project, I do not have much knowledge about problem faced by business of client. I am also
unaware about decision to be taken and how can they take competitive advantage in business.
With working over this project, I have gained knowledge about project and also have developed
