INTRODUCTION
Consultancy is basically an area where people possess marketable talent, analytical ability,
experience and the communication skills and also, they can operate either as a part of larger
consultancy environment or a sole professional (Bahr and et.al., 2017). The report will mainly
highlight the experience in which reflective analysis of a project is done and the skills developed
and enhance during the project. It will also focus on the things which were not known before the
project and were known after the same. It will also shed light on the extent of confidence
enhanced which can be used in the future career. A plan will be made by doing the analysis of all
the achievements.
TASK ONE
Reflection and Evaluation
As a result of the project, I got many opportunities to develop the skills which I didn’t
have and to enhance the skills which I already had. I was able to enhance my problem-
solving skills as during the project many problems came which I realised I was unable to
solve them. But the project created the need to solve certain problems in order to obtain
the desired results. I analysed the problem carefully and then I researched a lot about its
causes which was followed by looking for possible solutions or strategies and then finally
made decision to solve the problems using those strategies (Busso and et.al., 2017). Also,
I was able to enhance my communication skills as I needed to talk to so many people
regarding the completion of the project. The project gave me the opportunity to interact
with the people with whom I never have imagined to communicate. After some days of
the project, I was able to communicate with all the people effectively as they helped me
in achieving the challenges of the project. Furthermore, I enhanced my time-management
skills as I was never punctual before, but the project taught me the importance of time
and the ways in which every task can be completed in the timeframe or the deadline. So,
this is how, I was able to enhance my problem-solving, communication and time-
management skills.
At the starting of the process, I was not much sincere towards the tasks and its
implementation, but I could analyse that after the completion of the project I developed
myself as a sincere and punctual individual who is very serious about every tasks and job
to be completed and I could complete all the tasks given to me in the decided deadline.

Also, before the project whenever I faced any risk, I lost hope and quit the same time but
after this project I could evaluate myself as a person who can face and manage the risks
effectively by developing many strategies so that risks can be mitigated. Many risks came
during the project but at the initial level I was scared about how to solve them and this
can even lead to failure of the project but I was determined towards achievement of the
goals I strived hard to meet up all the challenges and risks which made me the person
who can face any type of risks regarding which I scared before this project (Chu and
et.al., 2017). I also realized that prior doing the project, whenever I involved in any type
of conflict, I was never able to come out of that so easily and I was always given the
punishment and also, I took support of many people so that I could come out of the
conflicts but during and after this project I realized that I was able to manage the conflicts
by myself.
I realized that after doing the project, my confidence level was enhanced to a great extent.
This is just because interacted and communicated with so many people for different
purposes regarding the project. This was the main reason behind my enhanced
confidence. I started believing in myself, my body, my soul, the decisions taken by me,
my anger etc. I became more confident as I was ready to accept all the challenges which
were required for the completion of the project. I didn’t hesitate before talking to anyone
regarding the project. This project gave me various opportunities to boost up my
confidence as I took many risks and when faced with any risks now, I don’t get scared, I
try to face them and come out of them (Kopzhassarova and et.al., 2016). Earlier, I never
took any initiative instead followed the path initiated by others but now after doing the
project and even during the project I realized that I took many initiatives which
contributed in the successful completion of my project. I took many initiatives just
because I found no one near me to do that for me so I found no solution except trying the
new and innovative things and I succeeded doing the same. This is how I realized that I
was able to enhance my confidence at a greater extent.
I could use my learning gained through this project in many tasks and projects in the
future as I developed so many skills like time-management, problem-solving,
communication and many more which can help in every phase of my life whether its is
studying, job, career etc. This can prove to make me more efficient in doing any sort of

task in the future. The confidence which I gained can help me to take initiatives in the
future which can help me to do many good works for myself and the society (Schochow,
Rubeis and Steger, 2017). Also, I can solve all the problems faced by me in the upcoming
time at any stage of my life. This is how, I can use the learning in my future career when
I will go to get a job, I can face the interviewer with full confidence.
TASK TWO
Three Skills Gaps or Areas
Currently my problem solving, communication and time management skills are not good,
and this is why these are gaps to me. Basically, due to lack of these skills, currently I am facing
many challenges in my daily operations. For example; lack of communication skills not makes
me able to interact with someone, problem skills not enable me for solving various problem
which I faced in daily live, and due to lack of time management ability, I am facing issues
relating to time exceed (Jackson, 2018). I have created a very effective plan of action for
developing skills and abilities to fulfil gaps and areas.
Action Plan
This action will definitely help me for developing own different skills and abilities which
are currently poor and un-developed. Basically, action plan aware about a specific path of skills
development.

project. this could be used by me in the future career also. Lastly a plan was made by doing the
evaluation which identified three skills’ gaps where the further development can be useful for
getting success in the future.
