INTRODUCTION
Management of business refers to the structural and functional domains with the motive
of accomplishing higher range of profit and productiveness. It also consider various problems
that raises because of the driving feature of the enterprise and it straightly have consequence on
the personnel module and also administration of enterprise (Briscoe, 2021). Therefore, it is
crucial to acquire abilities and skills with regards to solve the problems and also the conflicts of
customer. The following discussion is based on the scenario of skills disparity which are
observed in the process of acquisition. The below report also covers the analysis of acquisition
and action plan of the career in an effectual way.
TASK 1
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
I took the part in the report presented in the college as a HR manager in order to solve the
problems within an administration. I have observed that everyday staff turnover is increasing on
a frequent basis. It is the major reason because of which I have examined about staff and the
major problems in the business organization. Meeting has the crucial role in resolving the
problems of the employee faculty which have acquired the worth of interaction capabilities. At
the time of resolving the problems of the employees faculty, I have determined that there are
requirement of high engagement with employees faculty through which they can feel valued and
encouraged towards their managerial goals and objectives. I have also assessed the changes
occurred in me because of the development of my skills and abilities. Because of this meeting
with the faculties, I have gained efficiency in interaction capabilities. I have also followed
different domains in business concern in order to introduce changes in the attitude of the workers
and perception towards the business administration (Clegg, Pitsis, and Mount, 2021). It is the
major reason through which I have also gained the abilities of my time management which also
results to motivate other staff members towards their performance in management. I have also
lead the employees faculty so that I can gain effectual superiority of leading the entire team that
can fulfil the management needs and objectives. As a result of this project, now I am skilled
sufficiently in order to gain my abilities in analytics. There are several areas of situations that
happens in a very unexpected way. This is what I am required to solve it and make staff

contented with the assistance of abilities in analytics. In this way, I have also gain the analytical
abilities.
What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process?
In the starting of the process, there were several activities which were not simple for me
to interpret. I had suffered with various issues in superior process of education HR field. I have
determined about the process of senior education. I had only understood about few functions of
HR issues in regards with the problems or challenges faced among staff and talent management.
But when I have begin this process, I discovered several situation of HR. As there are different
challenges that I analysed such as employee retention, diversity in the workplace, operating
functions, health of the workers along with the tactics of training and development (Hamadeh,
and et.al., 2021). I also got to know that HR functions can also be modified as per the needs and
requirements of the staff's perceptions about the work. I also understood about the senior
eduction recruitment which is one of the most effective method to hire fresh and capable
candidates in the company. It is also refers as the talent search and campus recruitment will be
applied in my future plan of recruitment. It was not easy for me as each individual was having
their own perception in order to deal with any circumstances. Initially, I was unaware about that
complications in the firm. But after beginning of the report, I understood about assorted issues
that raises at the time report management.
To what extent has your level of confidence improved?
I have observed that there is good enhancement in my level of confidence. Because of
this project, I have examined that my confidence is increasing in the way of interaction and in
other various fields as well. At the beginning, I was only able to interact smoothly with people
but now after this project, I am able to interact in an effective way. It has maximised my level of
confidence. Today, I do not waffle to interact with people (Kerr, and Richards, 2021). I have
also discovered that abilities of time management has also improved and also now I am able to
hold back my work in a smooth manner. I am also able to implement several task at the same
time by maintaining my time management schedule in an effective way.
How could you use your learning in your future career?
I can use this learning in my future career as I have examined that it is crucial for my
living as well. The reason behind it is that I am seeking my career in HR domain. Therefore, this

experience has provided me various benefits in regards to implement my key job role. I have also
analysed that this experience has not only helped me in my domain of job but has also assisted

project, which is not only efficient for HR domain but also important in any other field also. I
have gained various qualities of leadership which has improved my leadership skills that has
increased the opportunities which enhances the chances of leadership role in the firm

determined that how an individual must hold back their duty in specific time period. I have also
gained the abilities of time management which has supported me to implement my course of
actions in a definite time period. Now I am confident enough to take appropriate decisions in
which I need to choose for my effectual occupation development. I have also determined that this
experience evolve various course of tasks in the enterprise because I have learnt about the
process of senior education recruitment. Because of this experience, now I have understood that
what questions must be asked by candidates at the time of interview. It will also increase the
chances of getting selection in senior education recruitment. Thereby, this is the major cause to
criterion about my education which assists me for my future opportunities in career development.
TASK 2
Skills Actions to be taken Timescale
Problem Solving Problem solving skills is an important skill to gain
within staff faculty in order to face the situations
effectively. It is not sure that problems which can raise
are certain or not determinate which describes that
what types of problems will be suffered (Shrestha,
2021). Hence, in order to deal with other problems, the
person should focus on gaining imperative abilities
through which it helps in bringing the capabilities to
measure the condition and determine actual challenges.
In order to gain problem solving skills, it is important
to implement task on resolving problems.

management
Project management skills are an important skills
which needs to be acquired by every person through

which they can execute the best in the project. The
project outcome is dependent on the company
capabilities, that is why it is imperative to gain the
project organisation skills. In regards to gain this skill,
I must to take part in more than one projects and
formulate the plan with certain time restrictions and
also set beliefs through which I can hold back my work
in the project (Townley, 2021).
Teamwork and
collaboration
Teamwork and collaboration skills is essential to gain
as it is significant in every aspect of professionalism. I
have to implement the task with people through which
I require to hold back the dealings with team members
because there are various problems that raises. It is the
major reason that I need to execute work in the
collaborative manner and also by gaining the
teamwork skills which assist me to become capable to
perform work with my associates (Zhang, and Geiger,
2021). In regards to gain team work and collaboration
capabilities, it is essential for me to pertain higher
abilities through which I will be enough skilled to
know about the attitude and also prepare myself to get
ready for the work with team. I also need to know that
each and every person have different feeling which is a
significant aspect to know about it before making any
judgement.

It is concluded from the above mentioned report that HR of the business needs to
formulate the crucial skills through which they can be able to administer and hold back their
managerial problems. There are different challenges which are identified in the report, which are
considered as the major reason which is significant for HR to improve their capabilities.
