Introduction
Skills are an essential part in the personal as well as professional development of
individual. Continuous learning will help the individual in developing a skill set which can help
them in identifying their skills as well as weaknesses. It is extremely important for the individual
to make sure that they are working according to their goals and objectives and efficiently
identifying the gaps that they are having in the knowledge and development so that with the help
of further training and understanding the individual can fill that gap. It is extremely important for
employees as well as for students to always create an action plan which can help them in creating
goals and objectives and will also help them in making strategies towards the development of
skills and knowledge.
Task 1
Skills developed as a result of project
Team management skills: I have tremendously developed my team management skills
as a result of this project. In order to complete the project, I was continuously working within
teams which helped me in getting understanding about the workings of the team and also helped
me in gaining knowledge about the operations of the team. It is extremely important for me to
make sure that I am working effectively within teams so that I can understand what are the actual
matter and how we can work on it. Team management skills will help me in my future career
aspects as well as in my personal life. Team management skills are an essential skills in every
company and company look for this skills while hiring employees so it can be a great benefit for
me as well.
Attention to details skills: after working on the project, I have analyzed that it is
extremely important to give attention to details as it will help in completing the project without
any scope of mistake. I have learned while working within the team that a small mistake can
create a big mess which is a waste of time as well as efforts of the team members.
Responsibilities is already delegated within teams so it will be extremely beneficial to provide
attention to the details of the parts which are specifically your responsibility. Attention to details
will help in creating the project with proper details and will also help in developing the project
which can actually help the client as well as it will cover all the necessary aspects required.

Knowledge gained throughout the project
Now at the end of the project according to me, I have majorly developed a d gained
knowledge about the workings of the team and why management of teams is so important and
crucial. The coordination aspect as well as the management aspects within the teams plays an
important role in the completion of the project. According to me, the major aspects about the
project is what the client wants and how we can provide the exact result. I learned the importance
of taking information and details from the clients as much as possible so that I will be able to
enhance my project and can add details to that. The information provided from clients side can
extremely help us in getting information about the present scenario and what are the expectations
of the clients from the project. It will help in analyzing the actual requirements and throughout
the project I have enhanced my skills through which I can work on the actual requirements of the
customers and so that I do not get lost in the other aspects of the project. It helped me in sticking
to my main focus points and helped me in developing the exact project with details required by
the client.
Extend up to which confidence has improved
My confidence level has increased tremendously as I was facing problems at the starting in
providing my point of view within teams. I was feared that they might not like my idea or I may
came out as a stupid or incapable, but the response of my team was positive which provided me
confidence to speak up about my ideas and will also help in giving valuable information within
the groups. My team members also helped me a boosting up my confidence by providing
appropriate attention to my responses and by appreciating me a lot. The emphasis we put I digital
learning and its available platform has helped me in gathering information about the topic and
has also enhanced my technological and ICT skills as well. It is important for us to make sure
that we are delivering true and fare information to our customers without any mistake so that the
hard work we put in our work can pay off. The confidence that I get after this work will help me
in my future career aspects as well. I will make sure that the knowledge I have gained from the
project will help me in my professional workings as well.
Use of learning in future career aspects
The project was based on issues facing in digital learning and the project has helped me in
developing my research skills as well as my technological skills. I am now more familiar with
the ICT skills the companies use for their businesses and it will be beneficial for me to develop

thee skills for my professional career as well. The research skills will help me in gathering up
information about specific topics which can help me in my workings within the company. The
technological skills I have developed during the project will help me in understanding the
systems of the company efficiently. I have also developed some team management skills which
can help me performing effectively within the teams.
